There is even an article in the IndyStar newspaper confirming it WAS your store, that health code violations WERE found, and that you ALREADY HAD PREVIOUS VIOLATIONS FOR 2022. Hmmmm…..

This Jordan’s location make pretty good food. I would come here on any given day and know their food is a hit more often than not. Their service, however, has gotten really bad lately. On quite a few times now, I’ll open my bag at home only to notice that the sauces or seasonings I paid for were wrong or missing. Now I have to check the bag before I leave to make sure it’s all there. Today I put an order for wings and a gyro only to find out they only made the gyro and claim I didn’t place the wings order. They offered to make the wings but at that point the gyro was just there to get cold. Please get your staff the proper tools to get these orders right. I saw one guy taking orders and bagging them at the same time. He wasn’t writing down the order due to him multitasking between being on the phone listening to the order and bagging up orders. This is where the main issue is probably coming from most likely.
I like the food and would like to keep coming back, but It’s to the point I will never order over the phone after today.
