I ordered a large catfish fillet dinner 13.99. I was told that the pieces were really big pieces and freshly cooked. I waited about 15 minutes and then I realized that they were taking fish out that was already cooked? So when I got the fish home the catfish fillets were 90% breading and 10% maybe fish. Very disappointing! I will not be eating fish here again.

OH MY GOD!!!! this chicken is the best tenders I’ve ever had! So good, freshly made to order and awesome customer service!! I got a 4 piece meal with fries, order of fried pickles, drink and some carrot cake.. every single bit of it was delicious and I’m so thankful my friend showed me this spot!! Will most definitely come back and fully recommend if you like chicken!!

Haven’t eaten here since “THE INCIDENT” but Jordan’s used it to be me && my families favorite chicken spot in the city . A pan of chicken and a pan of fries on a Friday night after getting home from work && school used to hit the spot every single time .
P.S. Yes…I’m aware this isn’t the location that had mice running around and was serving food off the floor ,, but they’re all apart of the same chain . So unfortunately every Jordan’s chicken is guilty by association in my book . They’ll still get an honest rating based off personal experience before the news broke , I just personally will not be eating at any Jordan’s Fish & Chicken ever again

Service was terrible, I caught my order in when I got there they didn’t have my order and they also did not remember me calling Ian. I have to show them my call log so they can see I called them! They told me that I have to wait a little bit longer. I came back in when the food was supposed to be done paid for my order and it still wasn’t done so I asked for a refund. I still have not received a refund to my account and this was two weeks ago. I later went to a different Jordan on Crawfordsville and the man in there told me that Lafayette isn’t really even a Jordans fish and chicken. They stole their name. So for now on, I will only be going to the one on Crawfordsville.

My food is old and dry. I don’t know what the hell is going on up in there, but they gave me old ass so I’m very disappointed that’s my review and they need to give me back my money. The food was not seasoned and they gave me just a little bit of lemon pepper on top of that. The chicken was dry. The fish is dry and it was a little portion. I paid all this money 30 some dollars I will not be shopping with you guys no more I will not be supporting y’all no more are very disappointed in the community on what they do to their people

I’m pretty disappointed on my last few experiences here. Today, I ordered a gyro sandwich and noticed it barely had anything in there. The majority of it was tomatoes and onions. It barely had any meat. No gyro sauce. As expensive as this sandwich was, I expected at least a normal good sized gyro from them as they’re usually the best. Not this time; it was neither. I won’t be going here anymore. They’ve really gone downhill. Pretty sad we work hard for our money and spend $12 on onions and tomato. They’re never consistent which is also frustrating. The meat was also flavorless and barely had any gyro sauce. I attached a picture as well to show the absurdity.

I like this location. They are the only place I can get fresh gizzards. I don’t think they take EBT I always forget to ask. It’s clean but I’ve been twice and they didn’t have any toilet paper in the ladies room. I understand it’s all men that work there but come on guys lol. Oh ps. Don’t be surprised by the blaring music when you come in you may have to yell your order.
