We had the absolute best experience at Jordana’s Pizzeria in Benson! Although we didn’t order pizza this time, the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs was outstanding. The portion size was generous, the sauce tasted fresh and homemade, and the meatballs were flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. The moment we walked in, the restaurant smelled heavenly, that comforting, authentic Italian aroma that instantly makes you hungry. The staff was so sweet and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. We were staying at a nearby hotel after a long drive up I-95, and this was exactly the warm, satisfying meal we needed. It truly felt like a welcome hug at the end of a long travel day. Highly recommend we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re passing through Benson!

Coming in after an afternoon at BLT. Early evening. We got a cheeseburger and fries. Burger was cooked perfectly. The fries were hot. We also got two subs both toasted. One was a club without tomatoes and came out hot and correct. I got an Italian sub with banana peppers added. It was so good. We both got the bag of chips with it. A nice ending to the evening.

We were passing through and stopped off after a long day at a college orientation for us to have a nice dinner before finishing our drive home. Some of us left a little hungry. There was four of us. Our waiter was nice, very soft spoken and did her best. I could go on about how I felt about the whole situation but I won’t, I’m here to leave a food review. We were told a few items were out of stock but could sub it for another meat before we ordered our pizza. Wasn’t told they were also out of fries. One ordered a burger and fries. We got a burger and onion rings. Also ordered mild wings and the sauce tasted a little weird. The second person ordered cheese sticks, which were awesome! They were actually the best we have had in a long time. Also ordered a stromboli, it was a little on the flat side but it was really good also. The other two people ordered Lemon pepper wings and they were good. They also ordered a medium pizza, extra bacon and add chicken since they were out of ham. We got to replace two items. Well, we got a stromboli when it came out. The Young lady took it back. Now we had asked if we could get everything to come out together. We didn’t want to have the appetizers early. We fully understand everything may not all come out at once but everything came out separately. Like we literally didn’t have a family dinner. One person almost ate half their food before another plate came out. And two sat waiting for food. When the pizza came out it didn’t get put on a stand like all the other tables had there’s served. You could look at the pizza and tell it couldn’t have been cooked all the way. It took them seven minutes to get that pizza out, from the time she served us the wrong item. When picking a slice up it totally went limp and fell straight down. The dough was wet. You could see the moisture. To top it off there was something on the bottom of a slice of pizza. I pulled it off but we couldn’t tell what it was, but it looked disgusting. And looking at everyone else eat amazing looking pizzas, made me think twice. At that point I just didn’t want the pizza and asked if it could be taken off. The waitress definitely understood when seeing the pizza herself. I had to make sure she knew I wasn’t upset with her because she wasn’t in the kitchen but I was definitely not happy at that point. And the person who ended up with the onion rings can’t have onions! Sorry to say but this place is a big NO GO for us. And I just knew I was going to get something good to eat when seeing all the other dishes come out. Had to wait a few hours until I got home to eat something because I was over eating out at this point!

Ordered takeout of a large (18” Specialty Pizza). It was huge and had high quality toppings. Ordered extra cheese. This pizza was wonderful and similar in price to Pizza Hut. Two Thumbs Up. Was ready in around 30 minutes.

Don’t follow the negative reviews because all of our food was so delicious!!! We ordered so much food and it was cooked to perfection. Cheese pizza, bbq wings, garlic knots, fries, mozzarella sticks and a huge veggie calzone. 5/5 for us. Ordered online for pick up and it was steaming hot when I arrived. Thank you to the girl with yellow hair for being so sweet.

RESTAURANT IN DECLINE. We ordered the same dishes here in 2021 and left a stellar review. After comparing photos from tonight with our last review, we could see and taste the difference. We deleted our previous review. All the food had that store bought frozen “stouffer” TV dinner taste. Stuffed shells were burnt hard on top. Meat in the lasagna was tough. Bread sticks were okay. Fried mushrooms were actually good. Our server “Kati” was friendly and attentive but couldn’t remember who ordered what. So put it on the table for us to move around. When we asked her to refill our drinks, she couldn’t remember what we had but after telling her she brought me what tasted like maybe a Pepsi/dr pepper mix. Hopefully that’s all it was. There were two waitresses and not busy when we arrived. We had NY cheesecake for dessert. It was still frozen. She said “it shouldn’t be. We had it out all day to thaw”. I was the only man there not wearing a tattered ball cap and dirty worn out flannel shirt or jacket. The women were wearing similar attire. The three flat screen TV’s showing a basket ball game and the screaming kids running amok in the dining area set the ambiance. The odor emitting from the restrooms hit you like the toxic cloud of a recently used truck stop restroom stall as you turned down the hall. The springs in our booth seat were so worn out we sank to my shoulders level with the table and I’m only 165lbs with a 32” waist. They were asking everyone to write a review. They had flashing neon lights in the windows and a huge “OPEN” banner hanging on the front. I’m sure they are struggling to attract customers at the end of that nearly empty strip mall far from the road but maintaining the quality of their menu would be more affective. Most of the customers were walking from the hotel across the street. The food was memorable a couple of years ago. Unfortunately now it’s something we won’t soon forget and a dinning experience we won’t repeat. It might be a good lunch experience for construction workers but not for a couple on a date night.

We’ve been coming here for years while staying at the hotel across the street. The chicken Parm calzone has always been “Pretty good “. This time, they changed something in the recipe and it’s absolutely delicious. It has a shiny crispy top and full of juicy and tender chicken. On top of that, a big, beautiful Greek salad. I will be coming back again!

Nice find for a relatively quick dining stop. Highly recommend grandma’s pizza; any place that puts fresh tomatoes on a pie is special.
