I have been seeing this establishment on IG and decided to try . I was on vacation in AC (Atlantic City ) and decided to drive to Philly to try them out . So let me say I originally wanted to try there fish hoagies but they weren’t available that day . My other option was the fried whiting and the shrimp fried rice that had my attention . The shrimp fried rice is valid , very good . Nice size portion. The fried whiting was ok , I’ve tried better but it was the experience for me . I read a lot of reviews about people not having good experiences with the employees and owners of Jordan Johnson establishment . I can say a customer was arguing with I believe the owner but it was resolved. There are rules but sometimes you don’t notice things right away . There are signs everywhere but me from being out of town I didn’t notice right away . Overall based on what I ate it was ok .

The food was good service was good. I love to see a crowded restaurant so patience is needed and worth it. Salmon rice bowls were delicious fish sandwiches were packed and the fried fish was flavorful and seasoned so good and not salty!! I will definitely go back again!!!

The food was outststandingly good. The service was excellent, my 1st time there. They helped me with ordering and we received our food in right around 10 minutes or less. The atmosphere is cool tables and chairs outside with umbrellas. Definitely going back. I drove and hour and a half for that meal and going to do it again soon.

We ordered fried flounder, fried shrimp, honey bbq shrimp , crab fried rice & chicken fried rice. Everything was seasoned very well, the honey bbq shrimp were my favorite. I didn’t care for their fried rice because it was spicy , I wasn’t expecting chili sauce so it threw me off. Only waited 15 minutes from time of order, everything was hot and fresh . They don’t have any sides other than fries so I think they’re lacking in that area but I’ll definitely return.

I went here on the strength of my cousin. THIS was One of the best fish hoagie I’ve had in years!!! Didn’t expect it to be so GIGANTIC. fish was seasoned to perfection. Roll was soft. The sauce they make OMG!! Yall got a customer for life!!! Looking forward to trying the fried rice.

There’s a lot of hype about Jordan Johnson, so I thought I’d give it a try. I ordered the fish hoagie, not really sure what i was expecting. (All orders are place on a computerized menu) Fortunately I got what I wanted, plain fish on a hoagie roll. I didn’t add anything because I dont like soggy fish. As expected the sandwich was huge with plenty of fish. I added a side order of the “special house sauce”, again because of other reviewers opinions. The fish was piping hot when I received the order. I was expecting fried fish with a little seasoning/salt flavor but what i experienced was seasoned fish with a little sweet flavor. So needless to say i was a little put off by that. The “special sauce” was a little watery for my liking but it did add a little flavor. Overall it wasn’t for me, but I wish Jordan Johnson nothing but continued success!

I finally had the opportunity to go the Jordan Johnson’s and I was not disappointed! I purchased the buttermilk fish hoagie and it was very delicious and fresh! The fish was crispy and well seasoned. Likewise, the hoagie roll was soft and fresh. Also, the portion size was generous. Now let’s talk about the excellent customer service! I was immediately greeted upon arrival which displays a great sense of customer value. I communicated that I was from south Jersey and it was my first there and the fair skinned male kitchen supervisor on duty was receptive and courteous. He made me feel liked a valued customer!
I wanted to add that there is also outside seating where you can relax and enjoy your meal. With this being mentioned, if you are looking for quality seafood Jordan Johnson’s is definitely where you want to go. You will not regret it!

Okay So The Presentation Was Okay But The Hoagie Is Overloaded & My Fish Wasn’t Cooked Through, Giving It A Very Fishy Taste. It Was Slimy As If It Was Still Raw. I Wasn’t Going To Take It Back But After Calling Just To Notify Them So That They’re Not Getting People Sick. They Convinced Me To Come Back & Said They’d Rectify The Issue With No Problem, That Didn’t Happen Because They Wanted To Argue About It. I Left Both Hoagies There & Let Them Keep The Money

Food isn’t bad but definitely not worth the wait. I’m not a type of person who write reviews but this needed to be said. I waited for an hour and 50 minutes. Cold fries/shrimp and warm fish hoagie. If I had things to do I would’ve been upset. You are better off eating somewhere else.
