Oxtail Philly from Jordan’s Jerk Palace
Whoever came up with this sandwich deserves a trophy AND a vacation. That oxtail so tender it slide right off the bone and jump into your mouth like “surprise!” The bread soft, the peppers hitting, the cheese melting just right — it’s a whole love story in one bite.
This ain’t no regular Philly. This the COMEBACK Philly. The “I need another one tomorrow” Philly. The “don’t ask for a bite” Philly. A true masterpiece. ❤️

It’s really ashame and disgusting that we can’t support our black community! Restaurants are quick to raise prices but will not distribute enough quantity of food. First of all, the lady had an attitude and rushing over the phone while trying to place the order. The order was wrong after spending almost $100. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. The amount of money that is being spent there is no way there isn’t enough food being distributed. I’m over it and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant again! Where is consistency, quality as well as quantity!

I rather not give any stars. But the only way to write this review was to give an acknowledgment via Star. I had an order that was valued over $70 at 7:45pm. I started this process by calling over the phone and they hung up. There were certain items that were unavailable to me. I was told a 20min wait. Once coming back after said time I still had to wait which isn’t an issue for me.
While waiting for the meal I paid for I was told that I couldn’t get any sweet potatoes for the meals I had. They had a catering order that had sweet potatoes. I did comply and swapped for something else.
Before getting my food I wanted to ask the lady for a small compensation of a peach cobbler and she told me “No Sir”. I politely told her I was a woman and I appreciate her work efforts and she turned around and began to say rude comments. I don’t engage with people that are rude and disrespectful to me so I left feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately I will not be back to this establishment but I think this can be use in the effort to have better customer service. This event also happed to a customer there with me.

Ordered a couple of meals from this restaurant, I never had a problem until now about the way the food was prepared. The meat was cooked with too much salt. I called back and told them that I had a problem with the food having too much salt. The response I received was that they told me that they will let someone know. Knowing that there was a problem of any kind from my phone call should have prompted them to accommodate what I was calling for. Whether or not I I failed to ask to talk to a manager on my first call someone should have been more understanding in assisting me to make it right. So when I try calling to speak to a manager they can’t help me because it’s the next day. I’m not trying to get over, I just wanted a good cooked meal. Very very unprofessional company not happy at all.

I ordered the Oxtails with Mac & Yams as my sides. The food was amazing. The second time I ordered the Lamb Chops with the same sides. The jerk lamb chops were cooked to perfection, everything was great. I will definitely be coming back.

This is my first time ordering from this establishment. I previously tried someone else’s order and I thought it was delicious. However when I ordered the turkey tips it wasn’t that. At first I thought maybe they cut it different than what I seen before. Piece after piece nothing but bone. Never have I ever had turkey tips that had bones. I believe that this may actually be oxtails. I personally won’t ever be back here. Candied yams and peach cobbler is very delicious.

I’ve eaten here in the past not certain what happened however the food was stuck to the inside of the food container absent of a food liner not to mention the food was extremely salty unfortunately a waste of money !!!!! attempted to call to speak with a manager and was rushed off the phone…. This is sadly why most businesses fail lack of care and customer service!!!!!!!

Despite what some reviews may say, the food is good! I had the white jerk dinner & my food is delicious! Some of the best macaroni I’ve tasted from a jerk restaurant + the yams are sweet. The sauce is spicy (as expected) & also comes with red beans. (Some jerk restaurants stopped including that) the service could be better but nonetheless the food was good.

They are super rude the whole cashier lady try to lie and say she gave me jerk sauce with my meal and didn’t. Then she said the meal didn’t come with jerk sauce when I’ve been coming here for years since it was Caribbean jerk and it always came with jerk sauce. This customer service is very poor and you always have a long wait 0/10 I don’t recommend this spot they need to do better.
