Been going here for about 7 years now and have never ever had a bad experience with food, service, or cleanliness. Highly recommend going for the tasty food but great deals (especially lunch).

I’ve ordered from them so many times already, they are absolutely the best Thai place I’ve tried in LA so far

This is a small restaurant. I ordered satay and panang curry with scoop of white rice and thai ice tea and a water. The satay was so tender and the peanut sauce was good too. The panang curry was great. It was thick and flavorful. Customer service was good except at 3:58pm she said, “They close at 4:00pm.” I came in at 3:00pm for lunch.

I’m Thai and this is the worst Thai food in LA so far. Curry tastes like sugar water with coconut milk. Spicy basil dish has ginger and bamboo shoots seriously? I’m not sure if the cook or owner are Thai at all or if they have ever eaten Thai food. I can understand to Americanize thai food but this’d rather ruin the reputation of Thai food. If you have no idea what I’m saying, try any other Thai restaurant in LA and come back here once. You will understand.

One of the best Tom kha soups I’ve ever had but had to give 4 stars cause of the bell on the door! It’s the loudest bell I’ve ever heard at a restaurant and it went off constantly! I don’t think I can eat inside the restaurant again – ‘To go’ only unless the bell gets taken off ahaha!

the only reason i’m rating a 3 for atmosphere is because i’ve only eaten takeout; but i’m sure their environment is great

I have driven past this Joom for years…Finally, we decided to stop for dinner. It was so nice and cozy inside that we decided to stay instead of taking to-go. I am so happy that we did.
