Visited Jony’s for brunch, my group had the chicken fried steak, huevos rancheros and chilaquiles. Food was delicious, the service was attentive and the staff was friendly. Received our food in a timely manner and items were as requested. They offer a diverse drink menu if you want an alcoholic beverage with your brunch. Hidden gem, will be returning again.

On 9/28/25 Sunday after i picked up my daughter, Kaylah from the SeaTac airport. We were hungry for breakfast and we located this local restaurant on Yelp.
The restaurant is located in a small plaza. Parking lot is small and we were able to park easily.
Upon entry, we were greeted and were seated right away. We had a window view which was nice. We enjoyed basking under the sun LOL! For starters, we ordered two coffee, cream and sugar while we browsed the menu. The restaurant was pretty spacious and clean. Not well lit or bright. It appeared that one section (rear) was kind of dark. It was a little odd.
After we placed our order. It took approximately 45-50 minutes to receive our food. It was quite long. Sadly, our waitress didn’t check in to refill our coffee. My daughter ordered the waffle combo with two sunny side eggs, hash browns and two sausage links $20.99. She enjoyed her food. I had a chance to try her Belgium waffle. It was light, airy and good. For my meal, I ordered the Avocado Florentine with carne asada (up charge $5.99) Total $25.99. It looked really delicious however, it was not. Unfortunately, it was bland. No seasoned and no flavor. I added salt and it still did not taste good. It didn’t help. I had only three spoons and stopped eating. This has never happened. I had packed up my leftovers for my husband have at it. When my husband tried it, he stated it was bland.
I rarely give bad reviews and rarely have bad tasting breakfast. This one hit that for me. ☹️

A mama and papa place with great food. The portions were generous and tasted great. I think one of the best monte Cristo sandwich I ever had. The French toast was made to perfection.
The girls working the front of the house were really sweet. I had traveled all night, eat my lunch, and fell asleep. They just let me. So nice.

Stopped here to get some work done while grabbing a bite to eat. Got the chicken fried steak, I saw another review that rated it low so maybe they changed it up since then… my experience was good the sausage gravy was nice as was the fry on the steak. I would have liked the hash browns to be more crispy. The service was good, checked on me multiple times and kept my coffee filled.

Looking for a new breakfast place in the south end so wanted to try this place out. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Quantity and quality of food is good. Atmosphere is fantastic. Very pricey, food was undercooked (e.g. over easy was more like sunny side up, waffle was a little soggy in between the outsides). Gravy was running instead of thicker. Worst part is because of the undercooking it ran all over each other making the crunchy hash browns and chicken fried steak soggy.
Conclusion: Definitely not going back partly because the up charge (waffle instead of pancakes and extra gravy ended up adding an additional $8 to the bill). Final bill for one including tip $35! Price is too high for what I got – good food, but not well executed.

Service was good but our meals took about 45 minutes. The food would have been better but the eggs for my omelet were overdone before the yummy sauteed veggies were folded in. There is much better bread available out there for toast. Potatoes were yummy. Presentation good. Clean,upbeat place.
