This was a Grubhub order, so in their defense, where I didn’t see it, I did order with light cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that there really wasn’t anything on them at all and they gave me 2 sauces for 8 tacos and a Chimichanga which by the way was dumped into the bag with all the cheese sauce dumped in the bag. I called the restaurant and told the manager the situation he told me it was a “Grubhub problem” , So I said okay we’ll do it the hard way. But when I got to thinking about it this food wasn’t even edible so I took it back to the restaurant because I wanted him to see the garbage they sent me and even he admitted that there wasn’t anything on the tacos and he did offer to remake the order but like I told him I already gave you your chance when I spoke to you on the phone, I just wanted you to see it. I really used to love Jonesy’s, but the last couple times it haven’t been all that great and this experience was the end.

Nothing fancy, decent fried flour tacos, just can’t beat $2.75 a taco on Tuesdays. Have to ask for the “hotter” sauce (yellow top) that’s just not mild, don’t expect any fire.

Never eaten at this place, but they hired a towing company to watch their lot for predatory towing. Went to Tracks and pulled into their parking lot, which was full. Went through the back alleyway and turned into Jonesy’s parking lot, which has no signs of not parking in their lot from that entrance. Got done with dinner and my car was gone. Called the tow company and they were parked down the street with my car. The person who towed my car said Jonesy’s has them watch their lot and tow cars that go into their restaurant. There should be clear signs on every entrance that says you can’t park there if you’re not going to Jonesy’s. Drove back through the next day to confirm there were no signs from that entrance and there wasn’t.

So today’s lunch was at Jonesey’s taco House in Omaha, Nebraska. It is taco Tuesday. And if you know what that means, especially at this place, you’re going to get a taco that was fit for a king. I thought that I would order three of them. But I probably should’ve only ordered two, but I wasn’t going to leave that third one untouched. If you’re looking for a place to come any day of the week, but if taco Tuesday seems to be your go to place on Tuesdays I would highly recommend coming here. The food is great. The atmosphere is casual and the service here is top-notch and friendly.So if you are a person who just wants regular sauce that’s not very hot or you want something that will make your eyebrows sweat. You definitely have some choices here. Come and try each flavor.

Huge portions and delicious yummy food even had alot to take home it was very filling.. I did the #2 combo enchilada taco tamale rice beans. Very reasonable price. Our waitress was very nice helpful and our food was fast and fresh.

Normally I do a review of the establishment itself, it’s an open layout seat yourself restaurant. Yes we’re keeping it short today.
Small chicken enchilada, good flavor, the Mole is a little unique, neither mean nor my wife can 100% place it..
That said, it is delicious.. generous amount of shredded chicken..
Chicken fried flour taco.. excellent amount of shredded chicken,
Beef fried flour taco.. again generous portion of meat, excellent flavor.
Fish fried four taco.. good.
Mexican casserole… amazing, a touch of heat, excellent fusion of flavors…
Beef burrito.. their small is large at most places, definable bigger than expected….
Packed with excellently flavored beef..
Funnel sticks with chocolate sauce..
Perfectly done, the right amount of crisp and chew….
This is a hidden gem, we highly recommend…

Absolutely love this place! Beem coming since ’95 ! This my Sons’ and my togo to place when we cant decide on dinner (happens more than you think !! the ONLY thing that could improve would be replacing the Bears gear with some Dallas Cowboys Gear !
