One of the best coffee shops in town. A must visit. They employees are very welcoming and the menu is real good, a lot of intersting options on hot and cold brews, matchas and lattes. Delicious breakfast option, crossisants and many more. The ambiance of the place is real attracting.
A shout out for the chef who made the swan art in the coffee ☺️

Jones’s has a great selection of mug sizes, the staff have a positive and welcoming energy and the store has a charming aesthetic. The coffee is delicious and the croissants and moist and buttery. I live across the street from Smith coffee house, but I’m going to drive the 15 mins to go to Jones instead.

Great spot! Excellent espresso, buttery croissants, and tasty breakfast burritos. They serve everything on real plates (and yes, the espresso comes in a real cup—a rare luxury in 2025). They even have Stevia—holy moly!
Plenty of stools, chairs, and booths with good views and lots of outlets—perfect for working or people-watching. Each table has a fresh flowers too If you’re a croissant snob, you’ll be happy here. Flaky, golden perfection from RMY Patisserie ☕

If you’re anywhere near downtown Chaska, Jones Coffee is totally worth a stop. It’s in this really cool old building with exposed brick and tons of character—super cozy, but still has a modern vibe. It’s the kind of place where you could hang out for hours and not even realize it.
The coffee? Fantastic. Their Lavender Vanilla Latte and Brown Sugar & Spice Latte are super popular for a reason—especially that brown sugar one, it tastes like winter in a cup. And if you’re not a coffee person, their matcha is surprisingly top-tier—one of the best around, no joke.
They’ve also got a small but solid food menu—think fresh pastries and sandwiches like a really good turkey pesto one. You can tell they care about quality; everything tastes fresh and well-made.
The owners, Anne and Anthony, clearly love what they do, and it shows. The whole space feels thoughtful and welcoming—like it was designed to be a neighborhood hangout, not just another coffee stop.
Hours are pretty chill too: open early on weekdays (6 AM) and a bit later on weekends. Whether you’re grabbing a latte to go or settling in to relax, Jones Coffee has definitely nailed the small-town coffee shop vibe with big-time quality.

This coffee spot is one to definitely check out in Chaska! It is fun and light when you walk in and has great character. Lots of tables and options for coffee or non coffee drinkers. Some might say this is a bit ‘more expensive’ but they have a craft to their work and even when they were busy as can be on a Sunday mid-morning we still received our beverages and sandwich in a short amount of time. Will be back to try something new next time!

I’d been wanting to check out Jones Coffee for a while, and I’m so glad I finally did, it was worth the wait! I follow them on Instagram, and the shop is just as cool and aesthetically pleasing in person as it looks online. I ordered the Brown Sugar & Spice Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. This place instantly became my go-to coffee spot!

Great products, with friendly service. Clean little place. It’s like half modern deco half traditional cafe vibes. I think you’ll have to see the place to make it make sense if you’ve never seen something like that before. The surprising variety of seating for how small the place is. They have a bar, boots, medium size tables, and small tables. Pricey, but it’s a local business so it’s worth it.

I have just recently moved to the area and have had a hard time finding a great cafe, but I think I’ve found the one. This place is very cozy, has an amazing menu, and very friendly service. The matcha was phenomenal (ceremonial grade), I got mine sweetened with honey and there was no separation of it sinking to the bottom. I also got avocado toast, which was served on tender bread with a great crisp. They also have a tiny vintage shop within the cafe, which is great to look through as you wait.

NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW* Got a sandwich and a muffin and my girlfriend got a drink. The sandwich was blank and had nothing really going for it besides the avocado, the cheese tasted like plastic texture and taste… the muffin i would have expected to be fresh as it was a sunday morning turned out to be stale and old tasting. The latte itself wasn’t the best either just served in a fancier cup than a Starbucks. The only good thing i can really recommend is the Perrier if you like sparkling water.
