My first time here. My food was hot and fresh. Good portion size. The hot subs need a signature seasoning on them. Also. I came here on my lunch break. I got here at 12:30 and didnt get my order until 1pm. I waited my entire lunch break. Please be mindful of people who are on a break with time constraints. Working on seasoning and faster service this place can easily be 10/10.

I had actually never heard of this place before but it happened to be on the way to my destination so I placed an online order, the website and ordering platform were easy to use and understand. I arrived around 630PM on a Friday and the place was dead the staff were all fairly friendly but seemed otherwise occupied on there devices but it was fine because my order was ready when I arrived. Everything was made correctly with the exception of the spicy mustard on the side. The food was good, fresh and very reasonably priced. I ordered 2 6inch deli subs and it was $13. The inside of the restaurant appeared clean and inviting. I would recommend as the food was good and fresh and prepared on-time.

Oh my goodness! Really, really good. Cheesesteak is right up there with the best in Philadelphia, for real…I was just in Philly. The fries are perfect little creations too. Highly recommend this sandwich shop.

Tried this for the first time tonight and had to throw it all away. The roast beef was gray and slimy and smelled and tasted spoiled. The pastrami had an off taste as well and had the texture of jerky. The gator also had an off putting taste like something was spoiled. The fries all tasted like old oil. Will not be ordering from here again. Hopefully no one gets sick.

Hubby and I wanted to try a new establishment that makes subs. So we tried Jon Smith Subs. Customer service was very good. It took a while to get our order. Even though there are many people working the kitchen, they are obviously not in tune with each other. I call it an organized/ unorganized mess. When they bagged our order, they were all confused about what order was what. I had to check my order to make sure no bacon was on my sub. What I should have done was check my husband’s sub because it was wrong. He ordered the Kielbasa sub and got a steak. Ugh. It will definitely be a minute before we return. Notice the difference in our fries. Hubby’s fries were not fully cooked.

Decided to run out to Jon Smith Subs this afternoon. Ordered the Steak Bomb. It’s a grilled chopped sirloin steak, grilled onions, peppers , mushrooms, bacon , tomatoes, provolone cheese and mayo. The sub comes on a very soft 6″ sub bun similar to an Auddino’s sub bun. The steak was very tasty but a little tough. The bacon was not even noticeable if there was any. The rest of the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Could have had a little more meat for the money. Overall a very good tasting sandwich. I will have to try it again for sure.

Very good subs! I got the footlong steak bomb with fries and a drink. The steak is very tender and the bread was very soft. Everything on the sub blends in together very well. The restaurant was also very clean. Highly recommended!

I had a 12″ The Bomb. Aptly named, as it is the BOMB. The bacon really set it off, quality meat in a good potion, the bun – perfect. I got 6″ left over for lunch. Value.
