I have always had a great experience with Jollibee Kahului in every way. The food has always been good, with the chicken and especially the chicken sandwiches being exceptional. I’ve been traveling a lot to help with family, and being that I have had great service and help from the crew at Hawaiian Airlines, I chose to take Jollibee sandwiches for those at the airport and the flight crew as a small “thank you” for their help.
It’s become a little bit of a routine, that the Jollibee crew has come to know me over time as the “big order” of around 3 dozen sandwiches every time I stop by. They have never missed or made an order wrong, and every single person who has received a sandwich has always enjoyed it, and for many of them, it was the first time they ate a Jollibee deluxe chicken sandwich. I have no doubt most will be back for more if there’s a Jollibee in reasonable range of where they are.
I’d like to thank the entire crew for being so accommodating to me every single visit, but especially to thank the RGM – Cherry Leano, the RM – Lanz Valdez, Supervisors – Izy C., Aiza A., Leslee P., and Jesther T. for always doing all they can to make my orders in a very reasonable time, and for always keeping up with anything I need. I know I’ll be back quite a bit over the next few years, and I wish for the continued success for each and every person that works at Jollibee Kahului.

SUCH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORK THERE!!!! AVOID!!!!
This location accepted my Uber order even though every single item I ordered was out of stock. Instead of marking items unavailable or canceling properly, they marked the order as “in progress” and let an Uber driver drive all the way there for nothing.
When the driver arrived, the restaurant refused to replace the items because my alternative choice was a higher value than the original order. Fine – but then they also refused to cancel the order themselves. Instead, they told me to cancel it, which would have charged me for the full order.
Now I’m stuck waiting an hour for the system to auto-cancel while Uber keeps dispatching drivers to pick up an order that the restaurant knows they cannot fulfill. Completely incompetent handling from start to finish.
Zero accountability. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Because the restaurant didn’t cancel the order, Uber dispatched drivers who were coming from far away and won’t be paid for incomplete orders. Such a disrespectful way to treat the community.

ordered the fried chicken family meal, and I must say, the chicken was incredibly crunchy, flavorful, and delicious—definitely the highlight of the meal! The mashed potatoes and gravy were also tasty and a nice complement to the chicken.
However, the french fries were a letdown—just plain, boring fries with barely any seasoning or salt, which felt a bit underwhelming compared to the other items.
The staff was very friendly, which made the experience even better. One quirky thing we noticed was that the parking lot had several wild chickens roaming around, and a few even walked right in front of the windows where we were sitting. It made for a funny but awkward experience eating fried chicken while wild chickens passed by!
Overall, a great fast food chicken experience with a fun atmosphere, and we’ll definitely return for that crispy chicken, though I’d skip the fries next time.

Had an awesome experience at Jollibee Maui. The Chickenjoy was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the spaghetti was sweet and delicious just how I like it. Staff was fast, friendly, and helpful even when it was busy. Food came out hot and fresh. Highly recommend!
