I saw in the email that they were serving Korean BBQ fried chicken and decided to give it a try. We also got six pieces of spicy fried chicken in case we didn’t like the Korean BBQ flavor.
The Korean BBQ flavor was alright; it was flavorful, but did not hit the spot for some reason. Their spicy friend chicken tasted great as always.
The only downside was that we ordered two buckets of fried chicken, but they only gave us two napkins in the bag.

The chicken quality has dipped a little but still tastes good. The Katseye collab was a little spicy and underwhelming. I love Jolibee’s but charging for side condiments can really kill the vibe. Download the app for points back! Their points system is pretty decent.

The store is still fairly new so they appear not to have rolled out a full menu of items yet. Most of the choices revolve around fried chicken or spaghetti at this time. The fried chicken was actually quite good. The place is popular and may be crowded at popular times. Plenty of nearby parking as Target is nearby.

2 out of the last 3 times I ordered here, they got my order wrong(and both times my orders were missing multiple food items). At this point, the employees are just incompetent and management aren’t doing their jobs.
This last time recently, I ordered 3 12-piece chicken buckets(36 pieces total)on the online app. I pulled up, showed my exact order and everything to the cashier, they pulled out my order and said everything was there. I checked and immediately noticed it was missing 2 entire orders of the 12 piece chicken buckets(so missing 24 pieces of chicken total). Obviously I told the cashier and the guy just goes “oh, well thats your entire order”
So I had to pull out my phone and show him my order receipt and asked him to check if there were 36 pieces of chicken in the SINGLE takeout bag they handed me . He checked it, quickly found out it was missing the majority of my order and they made me want another 15 mins for the rest of my food. The food is great but the service here at this Jollibee location just SUCKS. You cannot trust them to get large orders correct!!!! Check your food in front of the cashiers before you leave!!!!!

Still looks like the day it was newly opened. Bright, clean, staff friendly and attentive! Usually Jollibee is in a pinoytown, but Alameda for me is generally more of a melting pot of cultures. So it always makes me so pinoy proud whenever I see other ethnicities come in and try an order too. One comment: PLEASE bring in the palabok already!
