I’m surprised I only found out about this place yesterday, even though I’ve lived here for so long. You know, people have different opinions about fast food, and I’d say I usually avoid it. But the food here is really good.
I especially loved the breaded chicken. It was juicy, not greasy, very flavorful, and tender. The pineapple drink was also pretty nice.
It’s definitely a place worth visiting, even if you’re not a big fan of fast food.

We used the app to order the $30 meal deal (8 drumsticks/thighs, gravy & 3 peach-mango pies). It was ready for pick up in like ~10 min. Btw, for online orders, you don’t need to stand in the main ordering line. Go the right of that and let staff know.
For our Monday night dinner, the fried chicken was perfectly cooked…juicy inside and crispy outside. Since we live like 15 min away, just do a quick crisp up in the air fryer when you get home. Their gravy is much better than KFC and putting it over some steamed rice is the Asian version on mashed potatoes & gravy. And their peach mango pie is superior to apple pie.

Stopped by for lunch got the 3 piece spicy chicken with 2 sides and a drink ( sides ) steamed rice and the spaghetti My spicy chicken was not really spicy and it was not hot just warm my rice was cold but my gravy was hot and the best part of the meal was my super hot little cup of spaghetti ( had a lot of hotdog pieces in it ) Honestly this was the worst jollibee’s I’ve been to ( and I’ve been to a few of them Both in West Covina, one in panorama city one in Anaheim the one in Mira Mesa San Diego ) and this one is the worst by fair. But the customer service was amazing the employees are very nice. They Just need to serve fresh hot food. Not stuff that’s been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich, 2-piece chicken, fries, and mango peach pie. Overall the food was not good. The sandwich tasted old and stale. It definitely was not made fresh as the buns were smashed and stuck on the chicken. It tasted like it was sitting out for a while and they microwaved it. The chicken pieces were crispy but overly oily and also didn’t taste fresh. Fries with gravy were decent and the pie was good, but not better than a McDonald’s apple pie. First time ever visiting and doubtful that I’d ever return as I was served food that wasn’t good or fresh. I ate the meal at the restaurant right away so it wasn’t sitting in a bag. Very disappointed.

I’ve had Jollibee’s chicken before and it is pretty good. If you can it without a huge amount of oil you’ll see what I mean.
The spicy chicken sandwich and tenders were also something I wanted to try. The chicken flavor was good but a tad bit on the rubber side. The tenders were nothing to rave about but when dipped with the sauce much better. Shinkflation has hit this establishment just like everywhere else. Although the chicken sandwich was a good portion the tenders not so much.

Great chicken. I like the spicy the best. The gravy is nice. I would not recommend having any of the other food items, but their chicken and gravy is amazing. Service is fast. Their adobo rice is ok if you want to try that and their fries are just like mcdonalds fries.

I walked into the restaurant and saw that the line was very long, so I decided to place my order online using the app on my phone. The app told me there would be an 8-minute wait. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, I noticed that people who had arrived after me were receiving their food. When I inquired, I was informed that they had run out of chicken and that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. What’s more frustrating is that the people who were ordering in person were getting their food much faster than I was, despite having ordered ahead online. This experience is incredibly frustrating!

I usually prefer white meat (breast) but the way Jollibee prepare their meat makes me realize leg and thigh can be amazing if done right . This is the only place I order dark meat and enjoy it.
