Had to try the famous Jollibee chicken and the chicken did not disappoint! Had a two piece (one original a d one spicy) with their spaghetti as my side. The chicken was crisped to perfection on the outside and juicy inside. Both styles were delicious and dipping into that gravy they send was even better.
The spaghetti, on the other hand, was not what I was expecting. The attendant was adamant I try it, so I went woth the recommendation. Noodles were cooked well, but the sauce you’re getting tastes like a mix of marinara and sweet BBQ sauce, with sliced hot dogs or Vienna sausage dotted atop. It seemed like something the unrefined palate a 4 year old might enjoy. Very sweet. I imagine this dish may be nostalgic to that person who grew up on it, but it was not for me. Mashed potatoes were what you would expect from a fast food establishment and nothing to write home about. I’ll go back for just the chicken any day!

We came in here for their fried chicken for a late lunch. There was a short line even then.
I ordered the two piece chicken meal. It came with a biscuit and one side option. I choose fries. They were ok and will choose something else next time.
The chicken pieces were juicy but I do wish it could be a little spicier. There was hardly any heat to it. There was gravy that was served with the meal for you to dip your chicken in.

It’s one of the best fried chicken in the state! I really love the spicy one which is the most unique flavor you could get here. The pie is also different than other fast food options, which tastes amazing.

I am so glad that they have a kiosk counter to make ordering easy plus when you have a jolibee rewards app, it will show you all the rewards you can get.

Hardcore definitive miss. There’s no joy in chicken joytown. There ain’t any salt either. Pretty much a bland flavorless experience. Maybe that’s why i’m so disappointed as that I expected so much more.

I don’t get it but I’m willing to say it isn’t for me. I didn’t find anything special about the chicken, in fact it seemed to have a lot of fat. The spaghetti just wasn’t my taste. I was actually excited that it had a lot of space until I tasted the sauce and just didnt prefer it.
Everyone there seemed to love it and be a return customer. Glad I finally tied it.

Betty was a great help to us and answered all our questions. She assisted with the lowering of the stool chairs for the adults. Took our group picture without being asked. She’s equivalent to the Walmart Greeter.

From the time we walked in Bennie was so helpful. She was very attentive from ordering, cleaning our table, bringing stickers, and checking in on us throughout our meal. She is fabulous. Went here yesterday, craving some Jollibee nostalgia, and wow it hit the spot! The staff were SO SO friendly. Big shoutout to Nylvi, she seriously went above and beyond while we waited for our food. We were also craving for yum burgers that we didn’t order inside and ended up swinging back through the drive-thru. The service was just as quick. Food and staff definitely made us feel jolly. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!
