I also ordered the Ube Coconut Freeze, a new specialty drink on the menu. The flavor was good, but the ice to drink ratio was too high. The drink tasted better as it melted, but you could imagine how long that took in the restaurant because it was so cold.
2. The spot has fast casual vibes with a big interior!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready within 10 mins!
Note: There is a drive-thru option!

The place was very clean, and the size of the restaurant felt just right—not too big and not too small. Even though the location was busy with customers, the staff still managed everything well and the place did not feel neglected.
I ordered online for takeout, and my order was ready as soon as I arrived, which made the process very smooth and convenient. I didn’t have to stay long at all.
And of course, Chickenjoy is still the best fried chicken—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and always delicious.
Overall, a great experience with fast service, a clean environment, and amazing food. Highly recommended!
Did not like the palabok, I think it was a bit generic but maybe it’s an acquired taste. Then again this place is famous for it’s chicken . Overall the experience was great. Our order got a bit lost amongst the online pickup orders and we waited but the food was still nice and warm.
I’ve read through several reviews and noticed many end with “by your Jollibee owner,” which feels a bit impersonal—but that’s just my personal observation.
I did want to share a recent experience. Yesterday, on Super Bowl Sunday, I had a less-than-ideal pickup. I understand it was an extremely busy day, and I could clearly see the employees were overwhelmed and still doing their very best. As a first responder and a Filipino, I know how hardworking and kind our people generally are.
That said, I placed an online order at 6:00 a.m. for a 10-piece original chicken and family-style spaghetti scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. pickup. With an 8-hour advance notice, I genuinely felt the order should have been ready on time. If that isn’t sufficient lead time, there may be an issue with the ordering system rather than the staff.
I want to be clear—this isn’t a complaint against the employees. They were clearly trying their hardest under tough circumstances. I’m only sharing my two cents in hopes it helps improve the experience moving forward.
When I asked the lady at the counter about my order, she simply said they were still waiting on the spicy chicken and then turned her back, no apology, no explanation. I stayed at the counter and waited patiently.
When the chicken was finally ready, instead of handing the order to the customer who had been waiting, the same staff member took her time placing “spicy” toothpicks on each piece. There was absolutely no sense of urgency.
If this continues, it won’t take long for this place to lose loyal customers. The operation clearly lacks proper customer service training and basic efficiency. I feel bad for the owner, this business is being run by people who don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
This location is clean and spacey. Friendly staff
Got my food to go. Placed order online. Was done quick
Chickens so good.
Amd the mango peach pie sooo good
If you get the fried chicken, it comes with a small cup of brown gravy for dipping. Different but good.
Their Filipino spaghetti is also good. Definitely sweeter than Italian spaghetti and includes slices of hot dog in the sauce.
Parking is a little tight. There’s a Filipino supermarket also in the lot as well as a Luisa and Son bakery (good place to go for dessert or other great Filipino items).
Worth a try if you’re in the area.
Enjoy!
Tried to order tenders, but they were out. Sandwiches were lukewarm and did not have tons of flavor. Fries were average.
Friend tried a side of spaghetti, it is a sweet sauce and reminds us of barbecue. Don’t recommend the sandwiches, but the bucket of chicken is good.
