Upon revisiting Jollibee, I had hoped for an improved dining experience compared to my initial visit. However, I regret to inform you that the food did not resonate with my palate, and I was left feeling unsatisfied with the overall meal. As a result, I have come to the decision that I will not be giving this restaurant another chance in the future.
I believe it is important to provide honest feedback, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you. While I understand that taste preferences can vary among individuals, I felt compelled to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at Jollibee.

First time Jollibee customer here, and so glad to have come through.
The chicken was a revelation – crispy and spicy on the outside, piping hot and juicy on the in. The adobo rice is a must have and the gravy, both for dipping the chicken in and enrobing the mashed potatoes, was unexpectedly tasty. I finished the meal off with a delightful ube pie, and was much better for it.

Chicken has no flavor they could offer regular spicy seasoning or seasoning or just a little bit of garlic seasoning fries taste like they’ve been cooking all grease. I will never eat here again. I’m at the one in Covina in the shopping center

I have been in the drive through for almost 40 minutes and I still haven’t received my food. What kind of service is that? All I ordered was two chicken sandwiches and two thighs with mashed potatoes. The waiting time is beyond ridiculous . Never coming again.

This food was perfectly seasoned, crispy, and the gravy was a warm drink if you will! I love this spot first time was today definitely won’t be my last.i went back today and it wasn’t as fresh the flavor changed because of that one element. I got three piece and a side and I didn’t finish it because it wasn’t as fresh as the last time. The review stands because you are able to make it an excellent level.
