Place is great!! I first ate at Jollibee in Việt Nam in HCM City and Hà Nội. I found them here in the US and love going there when I can. This one is in Chandler and it is one of the newest in the US I believe. I have an English group in an app and 2 women in the group are in charge of Jollibee openings in Northern Việt Nam. I stopped here to eat, and take some pictures to show my friends. I love the Aloha Burger, now I was told by the manager they have an Aloha Chicken Burger also!! They used to do beef hamburgers in Việt Nam, but now they have the chicken burgers. Still is great in VN OR the US!!! Jollibee is a great place to eat!!!!!

Chicken is phenomenal with the gravy. Really loved the spicy chicken with the gravy. Adobe rice is very flavorful. Tried the spaghetti and its too smoky for my liking but it was interesting. Peach mango pie was pretty tasty too.

Of all the Jollibee visits what we had in this branch, today was the worst.
The first time I brought my Lola here to experience the American Jollibee was disappointing and mind you we drove 1 hour and half for this. My mom ordered a chicken and spaghetti combo. She complained that it was bland, and looking at her spaghetti, it looked pale and there’s not enough spaghetti sauce.
No wonder it was bland so i went to the counter and asked NICELY if I can get a small cup of spaghetti sauce.
The lady that helped me asked someone else, i think it was the manager at that time and she came back to me and said i had to pay $3 for it. I was stunned and I dont know what to react, but i chose not to make a scene and just paid for it, and why did i get a less than half filled cup extra sauce? For $3, i should not be able to close it with a lid.
The next time we get another bland ahhs spaghetti I will ask you guys to remake the whole thing for me. I received No apologies, no empathy just straight up “you gotta pay $3 for it”
Y’all should be trained for customer service, and oh customer service you mean? this place got none.. Y’all ruining it for everyone.

Great food. Fast service. Coean restaurant. Really I’m not sure if it’s a curse or blessing that this location is the only one in the valley and is so far from my house. I would probably end up going there a lot more often if it was closer and that probably wouldn’t be a good thing.

It was a nice and clean experience. I haven’t had Jollibee for over 10 years. I only wish they carried HaloHalo. Everyone was helpful and courteous in there

Anywhere I go, i’m always driving to the nearest Jollibee. I tried the new KBBQ and thought it was good, but wouldn’t order it again (i prefer to stick to my spicy chicken lol) but overall everything was good, especially the adobo rice! I just thought the spaghetti noodles were undercooked. Overall staff was good and it was pretty clean.

I’ve been wanting to come here since it opened, not being in the west valley, it’s an hour drive or so. I’m a bit of a fried chicken fan and I’m known for it with friends and family so my wife surprised us with a little drive after seeing a movie on this side of town. That being said, I won’t be making the drive again. If I’m in the area or if they open one near me, I might try it again. The chicken was ok, a solid 3 out of 5. The flavor was between Fry’s deli and Church’s. A little greasy but a great crunch. The chicken flesh was flavorless but the batter was good. I really liked the gravy. My wife thought it was a little KFC but I thought it was better than that. Dark and a little thicker. I had the Palabok with mine. I really liked it. I wouldn’t say it’s for someone who’s not a foodie or who doesn’t eat other than regular things on a menu. My daughter’s fries were chewy and cold. I got some too but they were fresh. They were not crunchy, despite being fresh but they were hot. My wife and kids got the chicken strips. Very chewy, no crunch and flavorless. They tasted and felt like they were sitting under a headlamp and to be honest, I’ve had better at a truck stop chicken joint. My wife had the adobo rice. It was good. Fluffy but needed more adobo sauce as it tasted more like rice than anything. I enjoyed the spaghetti. It’s about what I expected. Sweet and smoky. It tasted both fresh and canned and was a bit reminiscent of the canned spaghetti we might have grown up with. It’s not gourmet so take it for what it is. Sweet spaghetti, easy to eat with a fork as it’s mixed together with meat sauce and smoky hot dogs. My son had the chicken sandwich. Not much to brag about. Same chewy chicken tenders in a patty from. The pies were pretty good. My wife didn’t like the grainy texture of the ube. I liked it though because I’m familiar with ube taste and texture. Maybe that said something about an everyday person trying and having expectations of it. The mango one was good. I really liked the pastry though. Very crunchy and soft. Not too hot like you’d get somewhere else but didn’t taste or feel old either. Lastly, I had the mashed potatoes. I liked them halfway through. I think I had to get used to it. There was a hint of sweetness and they were more creamy than I expected. I ended up really liking them though. They tasted like real potatoes and I’d get little chunks of potato coming through. I wish I tried the spicy chicken, and thought about getting a 2 piece to try but my wife and kids were so unhappy with their meal, she wasn’t with the idea. Again, I personally wouldn’t make the drive but I might peek my head in of there were one near me and give them another shot. This time I’d go in with lowered expectations.

Always great place, never gets your order wrong, always hot and fresh chicken with the best crisp every time. Popeyes or kfc won’t give you white rice with your chicken like this place. Shout out to Lucas at the register, very nice gentlemen.
