This will be the last time my mom and I will go to this jollibee. My mom has frequently told staff beforehand make sure the chicken is actually cooked through, to avoid having an incident of raw chicken being the case when we are home. Hire people that actually know what they are doing. This location gets very busy which can be overwhelming to staff. That I can sympathize. And I completely understand with the holidays or in general, so much catering is being made for people on top of regular ones, it can be a change of how orders have to be transactioned like one way drive thru and another inside and it can be stressful on staff, however raw chicken, is unacceptable and even lethal.. but that isn’t new news cause anybody in food service knows this. My mom would have to re-fry the chicken herself. and this isn’t the first time raw chicken was given to us from our drive thru orders. We often don’t even go to Jollibee anyway but it’s disappointing that it’s been negative experiences to keep giving grace. Management do better cause it seems it isn’t getting there. Care about how your food goes out and do not just rush. We would rather wait longer for cooked food than raw.

Ate til I couldn’t move! Gravy was fabulous for dipping chicken in and also poured over rice. Mango peach pie was to die for. While most of my family had already eaten here, it was my first. It did not disappoint! Cozy seating and fast service. We dined in. Place was busy but service was moving fast. Very clean and plenty of seating. Highly recommend!!

I see why it was voted best fried chicken. The spicy chicken made me cry it was so hot, but it was so good. We had the rice and mashed potatoes and gravy. I loved it all. I had a pineapple refresher and it was just that, very refreshing. We also had the peach and mango pie and the other pie. I enjoyed the peach one the best. I can’t wait to come back….

I will never eat here again. This was our first time eating here. Service was terrible. The guy that took our order through the drive thru was rushing us. Never asked us if we needed condiments or anything handed us our bag with food all over it. Sticky and nasty. We opened our food and for the amount of money we paid I was expecting more than a McDonald’s happy meal. We ordered Meals with the pie and got little to no fries very tiny tenders and smashed pies. This was a complete fail.

You are not gonna get the same taste like the Jollibee chicken of the Philippines. The spaghetti and the chicken is OK but for the price 40$ not worth to come back, and also the restroom needs to be deep cleaned.

I dont think whatever this is on the spaghetti is supposed to be part of it. Its usually hotdogs but not whatever this is. Food contamination is not healthy for anyone. I dont want to think its human or animal waste but i did not finish the food and almost throw up when i saw this. Also, sometimes Jollibee chicken is uncooked inside and spaghetti noodles at times is served hard and cold like the noodles been sitting out for a while.

First time here last time here Wow total waste of money. Combo cost $13. 3 piece tender combo. If you want to charge that much for your chicken combos, at least have some flavor to your chicken. Bland flavorless just a total disappointment.

So…. I’ve been hearing about this place, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. 10/10 i highy recommend. The spicy chicken is superior, the mango peach pie is amazing, and the spaghetti was different but delicious. I didn’t get to try the adobo rice because they were sold out, but overall, this place lived up to the hype. And the line was literally out the door but moved extremely fast.. This place has my fav food list for sure!!!!
