seriously excellent location for Jollibee – I usually don’t have high expectations for *anything* in New Jersey but this Jollibee is excellent. Rowina was super helpful and very empathetic in communicating what the store was out of – all of which was understandable because this was a busy thanksgiving holiday. our food was more promptly served than at any previous Jollibee location I’d ever been to. strongly recommended if you’re in the area or a local, and if you’re a long distance traveler passing through near Edison, make sure you stop at this specific Jollibee, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Some said this is the number 1 fried chicken in the US. I was getting ready to have a feast, after all I’ve been having the same KFC for too long.
The coating on the chicken was thin and soft, I was expecting it to be crispy. However, it does keep the moisture of the chicken.
Taste was too salty! Too salty. It’s too salty to taste any other seasoning that should have been there.

I remember when it first opened, this was had crazy long lines for even a year afterward. Crazy enough for police presence there to monitor the crowds.
On one of my filipino husband’s birthdays, I decided to surprise him with the food of his people. I ordered ahead of time via door dash to order ahead of time with a 530pm pick up time… but the food was prepared an hour early (kinda annoyed that it could have been warmer), so it was more than ready when I arrived.
Their sweet spaghetti is what you’d expect for fast food as well as their loco moco style burger patties… but their chicken (joy) is actually pretty good, even for next day leftovers after a quick toasting. So yes, don’t hesitate to go big for the giant family pack. cluck cluck nom nom.
Also don’t forget their peach mango pies! Even crispier after a quick air fryer reheat. Husband was happy =)

Great Crispy Chicken and Hardworking Staff!
I recently visited Jollibee, and I have to say their crispy chicken did not disappoint! The coating was perfectly crunchy and the meat was juicy. It’s easy to see why Jollibee is so popular. The staff was incredibly hardworking having to make sure customers were taken care of in that busy atmosphere.
That said, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, which is understandable given how packed the place was. The space itself is on the smaller side, and the parking lot can be tight, making it a bit difficult to find a spot. I would love to see them expand in the future to accommodate the growing crowd.
Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back if I’m in the area.

The wait for the Mac and cheese was not worth the wait. They really don’t have many vegetarian options, which I didn’t really expect from a chicken restaurant. The rice was good until I saw meat in it. I only at a quarter of it, I told the cashier I didn’t eat meat. She told the spaghetti meat couldn’t be removed, but she didn’t tell me about the Adobo rice.

Been to several Jollibee in Jersey and NYC. This particular branch serves spaghetti with barely any sauce it was hard to even mix. Adding to that, the gravy was diluted and watery.

We usually love edison jollibee but today, we ordered bucket chicken and the taste of the chicken is like they use old oil. The taste is so weird. It is so disappointing. I hope they change it as Jollibee represents the Philippines. 🙁
