Pleasant experience! Wonderful customer service from Sam, Irah, Shawn and especially from Tricia! Neat interior. Warm, fresh and hot served food! Clean and neutral smelling restroom. My first time at this Jollibee on rt. 22 in Union. I ordered 6pc bucket of chicken, half mild and half spicy. The chicken came with a container of gravy. The spicy chicken was a little over cooked but it was good. The mild was perfect. I also noticed that the chicken thighs were not full thighs. Also they keep the gravy it’s not seasoned well.

Another review. Despite my last experience at this location which was not pleasant. I decided to give this location another try because I love Jollibee. However once again I’m disappointed. Even more so this time.
I ordered a 12 piece bucket and received a 6 piece. I also ordered a LARGE mashed potato and received a regular/small size. I paid 34.31 for 6 piece chicken, small mashed potato and a small fry. Literally got robbed. Check your ordered before leaving they store because there people are straight robbing you
Horrible management. Waited 15 mins at the drive thru to order. When ordering, they didn’t have half the menu/items I wanted. Had to order things I didn’t want. After pulling up to the window, was told to pull over and wait another 15 mins. Not fast food. Management needs to have items ready in a timely manner. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location

The place was clean. The service was OK and the woman at the counter seemed a little stressed. I ordered the 10 piece family meal, my sides being the spaghetti and the mashed potatoes. My family really enjoyed the spaghetti. My family enjoyed the mashed potatoes. But when it came down to the mac & cheese, that was not so good. The mac & cheese was very dry and grainy. The chicken was delicious and I was glad to know that they did offer honey sauce and hot sauce if you asked. There was a little bit of a long wait, but the crowd wasn’t a lot. The only thing I was disappointed about was I was told that I couldn’t get all legs because my family don’t eat thighs. Other than that, it was a OK experience.

I ordered take out after work and drove from fords to this location since the other in Edison was closed. I get home and open the bag and start taking everything out to find the LARGE fry boxes aren’t even half full. Come on now. Why would y’all do me like that. If there was an issue or no one wanted to cook more then someone could’ve let me know when I walked in. At least give me the option to say I want something else or refund me cause this is ridiculous and disappointing. What makes it worse is the fries don’t even look done. I will not be eating those raw fries to the garbage they go and now I have to cook some which defeats the purpose of takeout. Looks like I’ll be sticking with the Edison location because as new as this location is it’s already looking bad for you guys. If this type of service keeps happening you guys won’t make it which is a shame because Jollibee has great food!

I know it’s day two of opening but you can’t be wrong on the amount of chicken you give a customer especially when you wait about 50 minutes for the food. I love Jollibee but maybe it’s the amount of people at the time. The food is great and flavor is great as this place always delivers. Next time I hope they give me the correct amount.

I pre-ordered it on the website and couple of hours ahead so I can pick it up later, but when I arrived, they didn’t start the order yet so I had to wait another 30mins 🙁 they said that they’ll make it right away when I arrived.
It just didn’t feel organized.

This is mainly a review about the stellar SERVICE. The first time I’ve had Jollibee was about 10 years ago in the Philippines. I had no clue one was coming here but I had to go once my brother told me this morning that it was open.
When I pulled up to this place around 630pm it was PACKED. There were barely any spaces to park and the drive thru line was laughable so I parked and walked in. The line inside was also crazy and I thought I would be there for a long time. The guy who took my order was surprisingly fast and efficient. I’m observing the management team him what items are in stock and out of stock due to bucket sizes. I see a guy taking out trays of chicken yelling BEHIND. The way everyone moved out of the way in synch you would think he was Chicken Moses.
After my order was placed I noticed all of the red rectangles of food being prepped. I THOUGHT I was going to wait a long while as I got a fresh made to order yum burger, fries, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, biscuits, 6 piece bucket and a strawberry bliss. Within a matter of minutes my food was done (they forgot my frozen drink but it was quickly corrected). I was able to make it back home and start eating BEFORE 7pm. For the amount of people that I saw there I am VERY impressed that a new store was that efficient.
Kudos to the whole team but specifically Amani, Berna, and the girl that ran off to make my frozen drink (I forget her name )

We go and order for to go at Jollibee branch in Oregon and Shiela Mae is very nice to take our orders in the counter , and as usual the food that I am expecting is good the chicken joy it’s crunchy outside and juicy inside and it’s tender .. when I have a chance to comeback and visit again here in Oregon I definitely come and eat here ❤️
