This location is inside of the Haven food court. Plenty of parking and seats.
The manager was very kindly and informative.
I tried their braided beef and OMG, it was delicious.
I would 100% recommend.
I also had the green milk tea and it was perfect. Not overly sweet, allowing you to taste the tea.
If that isn’t what your into, be warned.
The food is a must try and a hidden gem within the many options at this location!

This stall is easily my favorite in Haven City Market. The only downside is that it’s far enough from my house to feel like a mini road trip.
The service is warm, the food tastes like it was made with care and the portions hit that sweet spot between satisfying and overstuffed.
My favorite is the Dan Dan pork bowl with noodles and really enjoyed the bold garlic and soy flavors.
The Happy Hour specials look great as well.

Blue Steel
Situated in the New Haven food court that serves Taiwanese style food. Got the beef noodles and the xiao long bao. The beef was tender and the noodles were soft. Delicious. The xiao long bao I suspect was not hand made but can’t be blamed for a small place like this.

I stumbled upon the best popcorn chicken. Usually a lot of Taiwanese places don’t put basil
Leaves in their popcorn chicken. I love that hint of basil in my popcorn. Brings me back to the original way of getting these delicious bites.
Love that they offer different varieties of Taiwanese comfort food. From noodles to dumplings to rice dishes and tea. Really authentic Taiwanese flavoring food.
You name it all. They have it all.

My oldest son had a Tennis Match w a local school in Eastvale.
I was gonna be posted here for a good 4 hours and haven’t ate lunch yet:
So decided to go on a foodie adventure myself and get my popcorn fix.
I’m hardly in the area around Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga area.
Since i was by myself, i had a lot of time to enjoy, was also really hungry and everything looked all so good.
I ordered a lot and figure my son will be really hungry after his match. I’ll have dinner ready for him to enjoy and easily can eat in the car.
What I ordered
Popcorn Chicken, Braised Pork Belly Noodle, Salt and Pepper Shrimp Rice, Jojo Bao Shrimp/Jojo Bao Chicken & passion milk tea
Got the items in a timely manner. Associate was really nice and informative with my questions on the Bao and noodles.
Located next to Mikes & Henry’s BBQ.
Looks like they are opening up a 2nd location in the REDLANDS Public Market Place.

Don’t be misled by the photos of the happy hour items. What’s served is essentially just meat and rice—the items do not include what’s shown in the pictures, such as the egg, garlic, or greens. The happy hour popcorn chicken was especially disappointing. I expected a cup filled with popcorn chicken, but instead received only about five pieces placed on top of a large portion of rice.

This is such a hidden gem! I lived in Taiwan as a kid and this meal brought back so many memories. The customer service couldn’t have been better either. Food came out quickly and to perfection. You can’t find a better meal in town for this price!

Delicious food with attentive service. Prices were on the high end of reasonable, the food was delicious everything was really well prepared with quality ingredients and a good amount of spice. I had the salt and pepper shrimp with rice bowl, and a side of the pork chop and a side of the Taiwanese sausage, and to drink a green tea with peach flavoring. Really like that everything was well spiced, spicy but not crazy. The rice was super delicious, really loved the texture with just the right amount of onions and peppers mixed in. Chili oil was quality. We’ll definitely be back really enjoyed the food
