I have never had Haitian food before. A friend suggested this resturant, because I wanted to try something new. The food was AMAZING and the service was the best! I love the whole vibe of the resturant, from the music, to the decor and all the pictures. Everyone should try this spot at least once❤️

Been in Atlanta for nearly 6 years and have been taking a 30 min drive from the city to eat JoJo Fritay! Food has been great with minor misses. Went today for lunch and the food is still amazing, the staff are always nice, friendly, and all smiles and wait times are always short! Thanks for the great Haitian food!

I had a good first impression with this restaurant. It’s nicely decorated and the service was nice. I felt like I’m visiting family member. Very welcoming and friendly as many Haitians are in Haiti. The wait wasn’t very long. The food was well proportioned but the rice was undercooked. They may need to add some more water next time to make sure it’s cooked. As someone who loves to cook rice, you must follow the ratio 1 1/2 cup of water for every 1 cup of rice. And if you’re cooking with beans, it needs to be 2 cups of water for every one cup of rice. Other than the undercooked rice, this was a good experience and I would recommend this restaurant. A great example of true Haitian people, kind and sincere.

I lived in South Florida for 16 years, I can tell you this pate is far from a Haitian pate. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying. They charged me $6.00 for this pate that was absolutely disgusting. It had nothing but a pepper flavor with soft onions that made it more disgusting the dough was so thick and nothing in it for $6.00. I thought I lucked up having been in Georgia for 3 years stumbling on this restaurant. I was so excited. I wasn’t hungry so I said I would love to try their pate. WORSE DECISION EVER!!!!!! I would not being going back. I wish I would have read the reviews. Honestly, I thought every Haitian knew how to cook but I guess I was wrong.

The woman working the counter was so nice! I love the inside of the restaurant and the vibes – they played great tropical music and it felt so relaxing and upbeat. The food is great! I absolutely loved the sauce/gravy that comes with the meals. We got the goat and the chicken, both were fantastic. I’ll definitely eat at Jojo Fritay again!

Let me tell you about my day. I drove 55 minutes — yes, almost an hour — just to try Jojo’s food because I heard good things. I walked in hungry and excited, ready to spend my money and enjoy a nice meal.

What I got instead? A plate of pure disappointment. The turkey tasted old, like it had been sitting in the back for weeks. The texture was dry, the marinade was bitter and unpleasant, and the smell alone was enough to make me lose my appetite. And for the price? Outrageous.

I left not only disgusted but still hungry after an hour’s drive. I don’t usually leave reviews, but wasting my time, gas, and money on food like this is unacceptable. People deserve to know before making the same mistake I did.

Great quality Haitian food. The Lalo was delicious and the Haitian patties were so yummy! They are not the typical puff pastry Haitian patties but they have great flavor and I like them better. This place has great customer service, I was welcomed with a big smile. I’m glad I gave this place a try, will be coming back soon.

I’m based in Florida, but whenever I’m working or just driving by and get the chance to take a break, I always make it a point to stop here for some Caribbean island food. It always hits the spot! I’ve tried two other places, but nothing compares to the flavor here. Whether it’s diri kole or white rice with legumes, plantains, and fried pork, this place always delivers that perfect, authentic taste. My only small concern is that the legumes can be a little oily sometimes.A little pricey, but that’s expected with inflation these days. Food was tasty and overall a good experience.” Other than that, I place my order and drive to pick it up—hmmmm, always delicious!”

This was my second time at this establishment. I specifically told the man at the register that last time my fried pork was dry. I order fried pork and fried plantains. The bunun was soft, thick and full of grease. There was no crunch to it at all. They didn’t fry it long enough. The pork was tasteless, dry and hard. So, I have to finish frying my food to try to feel better about my 15.00 dollars. It’s the closest Haitian place to me but moving forward, I prefer to travel further for a better experience.
