Love this place! I’ve had all my staples here and they are the absolute best! Please make t-shirts because I want to buy one to represent your business!

Just moved here and this was highly-rated by neighbors when we asked for good Chinese. Pulled 4 different items off the menu including our standard go-to, General Tso’s chicken. Also got the egg drop soup. Food was all excellent and service was great – bagging it up right on time as I walked in the door.

Came off the LT to avoid a storm on trail and stopped in for some food. I must say this was some of the best Chinese I have had. I ordered the sweet & sour combo platter which included chicken, pork and shrimp and a side of rice. It was delicious. I also got an order or the crab rangoons and they were cooked perfectly. Big portions and plenty of filling. All in all a great find and very happy to have had stopped in.

I have absolutely no complaints about Johnson’s Chinese Kitchen. The food is really nice and the service is great! This past summer, during a bad thunderstorm, we didn’t know where we could pick up dinner, so we called in for pick-up and the food was ready super fast. When I came in to get my order, the lady behind the counter was so nice and friendly, despite the terrible weather outside, that I couldn’t help but smile myself! This local family-run American Chinese restaurant deserves all the love and support it can get. It’s a great spot that we will continue to come back to whenever we are back in Vermont and craving some Chinese food!

Quite simply, the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Large pieces of perfectly crisp and juicy sweet and sour chicken with perfectly fried rice with large pieces of chicken and just the right amount of vegetables…we make a special trip here every time we visit from New Jersey…10 out of 10.

Decent food, nice employee.
I had Shanghai noodles. It was pretty good, although a little strong on the curry. The woman who took my order said it had curry, so I should have expected it. Also, it would have been nice if the meal was served in a real bowl.

Terrible food. Oily, greasy, off flavor, off color, dry rice, greenish chicken, didn’t eat for fear of falling I’ll afterward. Placed large online order, qick and easy! Emailed and gave Them a chance to explain or make it right, ever heard from them….two thumbs down!!! Here pics of all the wasted food….

Hands down the best Chinese place around. I love a lot of vegetables in everything I order & the vegetable & other menu items are alway fresh & have great flavor. The service is also great!!

Ordered take out here as it came recommended plus couldn’t find another Asian restaurant nearby.
Ordered sesame beef extra crispy and Kung poa chicken.
The beef was not only not crispy it was spongy textured and no flavor. The chicken was cut up into tiny pieces and cooked to a dried out tough mess. Sauce also had no flavor. Threw these both out. The egg rolls not bad saved us from starvation.

Hands down the worse “Chinese” food I’ve ever had. Beef teriyaki was red and had the consistency of stringy playdoh, rice was not cooked and was just yellow rice with a few pieces of pork, crab rangoons were soggy on the outside but the filling was almost hard somehow. Big yuck.
