Ive been around this town for over 20 years and had no clue this place existed and I feel like i have been shorted in life because of this. Mr. Johnson has been there for over 30 years and makes some dang good bbq! Im glad i stumbled across it on google maps and stopped by. Also had a great time talking to him while he got my order together.

Full Rack of ribs $20 really good rub. Now I know BBQ places are different but, this was the first BBQ that sold there ribs cold, very delicious I would recommend you to stop and try this place. Dosent look good on outside but staff was very friendly.

First time there, got a Philly cheesesteak. The meat was flavorful and the onions and peppers were grilled perfectly, finished with melted cheese. Yum! Next time I’m getting the pulled pork. This might become my go to spot.

First time here and didn’t know what to expect. Thought it was a walk up place at first but was told it was a drive through so had to re adjust. Food was pretty good although we thought we would get out of the vehicle after a long trip but apparently that wasn’t going to happen because we weren’t allowed to park. I’m also going to assume that we showed up at a inconvenient time as it was just the owner unloading supplies working by himself when we got there. Will definitely be back in the future and I’ll update this if seating is available.
Back to the food….
The Italian beef I got was good and seasoned right… but I didn’t understand how adding hot peppers to it turns it into a Philly cheese steak…. Just no …. That’s not how that works lol.
The turkey breast sandwich was delicious and you could taste the wood smoke, definitely not a added liquid smoke taste. You can tell the owner wants things to be right and to deliver a good meal that’s worth what you pay.

I absolutely love this place best bar-b-q around!!! I used to live in Harrisburg but moved away! My dad Joe used to work here! We moved away and Everytime I get back that way I have to stop and grab it even though most of the time I already had a Harrisburg special lol!! Always make room!!!!
