I had the most angering and disappointing experience of my life there and therefore I went full Karen. After given the wrong pizza, I took it back and said, this is the wrong pizza. I ordered something different. A kid took the pizza from me and walked away. I went back to the counter a few minutes later and asked approximately how long for the replacement. He proceeded to yell at me “I don’t know. I don’t make the pizzas. I didn’t mess up. He did. You need to chill out.” Of which, I clearly lost my cool. If he had just said, I’m sorry, it takes 20 minutes to make a pizza, I’ll have it out to you then, I would have walked away. Instead he chose violence. I asked for the manager then. The “manager” came out and said “stop fighting, you can take a refund and leave” without ever asking what happened or why. Prior to this incident, I ordered fries on a separate bill so they could come out sooner. When the fries arrived, they were missing Buffalo sauce. So I went up to the counter and waited 5 minutes before someone talked to me. I told them that I was missing the sauce for my order and he disappeared. 5 minutes later someone else finally came to the counter and asked what I needed. I said, I think someone is getting my Buffalo sauce but I don’t know because he hasn’t come back. The other guy got me the sauce and I said thank you so much, no worries. So I inherently was not mad at the mistake of the pizza. I was mad that he chose violence and told me “he didn’t take the order and he didn’t make the pizza” but you are responsible for the restaurant. How dare you tell me to chill out when I didn’t do anything. I didn’t take the order, I didn’t make the pizza. I didn’t even raise my voice when I told you the pizza was wrong. John chose to tell me to chill out for asking approximately how long a replacement would take. The absolute, worst customer service I have EVER had in my entire life. And to the Karen who told me and my husband to “stop talking and take care of our children,” mind your own business. You have no perspective on this situation. I will NEVER be visiting this place again for as long as John and his manager work at the Knowledge Park location. A simple, we’re sorry, give me even 45 minutes to correct it would have been fine. Don’t choose violence. You are in customer service and yes, I did have children. And it was their pizza that suffered. How dare you tell me to chill out. How dare you.

It was my first time here. My friend recommended it. I had a stromboli with added ham and sauce on the side. It was huge! And it was delicious! My friend had an antipasto salad. He liked it also. The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going.

We certainly just happened upon this place because my husband and I needed to get off the road at the nearest exit….we are so glad we did! We had great pizza; a medium pizza with everything. I had the “Blood Reign” beer and my husband enjoyed the “Bailing Bailey”; the best of the 2 beers we tried from the Erie Brewing Company tap. The service was good. The Erie brewing offers a self guided tour of their operations. The best part was meeting a great group of people/patrons who made us feel welcomed. We will intentionally stop through again!

Carryout pizza, this location has gone downhill. The toppings have been reduced significantly compared to back in the day Edinboro location. If you want a cheese pizza , it would be best to order double cheese to get a pizza with a standard amount of cheese. Other toppings also very skimpy. I haven’t been going here much for the past few years because of the quality. Decided to give them another try, very disappointing. Main Street Pizza in Ripley NY is much better, lots of toppings.

The Wings were very good. We liked the Honey mustard the best, we were a bit disappointed in the garlic parmesan not realizing it was a dry rub. The Pizza was just OK. I thought expensive for the quality.

Had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and I was blown away- just outstanding sandwich plus the price was $9. Sat at Erie brewing had a beer too- counter service right inside the brewery. Right off the thruway. Will be back when I travel thru the area.

We picked up an order of pizza and wings at 6:15pm on 02/20/26. My husband and I were both sick with food poisoning by 2am, with this being the last food we ate. I’m not sure what’s going on with food preparation here but this is the first time something like this has happened to us.

This is a cool place…
John’s pizza and the Erie brewing company is really cool. The interior is very cool and would be a neat place to hang out and have a few beers. Unfortunately I was working so I had to skip the beers. I did have a mushroom burger and fries which were OK but nothing special. I should have the pizza. They could actually use some specialty pizzas. The service was OK also. I did like the fact that you can see the brewing area – it was really cool to see the machines. I will have to stop back and do a beer flight and the pizza.

We mentioned eating but they sat us in a room far away from where you pick up food. The room looked like a small cafeteria. They didn’t have beer lists at the tables so we had to go to the main room and hover around people at the bar to see the list on the wall, go back to our table, then wait again to order drinks. The food was tasty after they fixed it once. We don’t mind having to bus our own tables and get our plates and silverware but nothing is clearly marked as to where to find garbages. Maybe having a spot in the area we were in that was stocked with plates and silverware and extra napkins would be a little easier for people.
