First time ordering here. The cheese pizza was ok, ordered thin crust and would say cheese slightly over done. Ordered sausage thjn crust and the crust was too thick more like traditional NY style crust. Dough was very dense. But the cheese pizza crust was pretty thin. The sauce and chuck sausage and cheese had good taste. Breadsticks were good and cooked perfectly and were tasty. We ordered a house salad with ranch. The ranch was good and thin,tasty. They did however add onions and we told them no onions. Solid choice for chicago pizza, but there are so many options in NW IN. for pizza.

I went into John’s Pizzeria ordered a small sausage pizza and a garden salad with French dressing. The pizza was hot but the crust bottom had crumbs on the bottom which made it taste grainy. It tasted old. The salad was soggy by the time I got it home. Why? Because he put the salad dressing on it without my knowledge. $20 gone to waste.

Haven’t ate here before. Ordered 2 small pizzas with extra sauce. One was swimming with sauce and the other was dry as a bone. The pizzas didn’t taste any better than a frozen pizza. In fact, not only were the two pizzas cold but the rest of the food was cold upon arrival. The container for the salad was broke and not closed . The only plus to all the negatives is the driver who delivered the food was very polite. Good job Driver. Keep up the good work. Maybe the driver should give advice on the pizza making. Also, maybe Johns should invest in a better way to keep food hot on deliveries. Will not return.

My family has been frequenting the John’s in Griffith and Dyer for years. Pizza is good. The BEST WINGS AROUND. If you’re getting them to go, get the sauce on the side so they’re not soggy when you get home.

Its been a while since I ordered from Johns. I ordered 2 party size pizzas on New Years Eve, 1 cheese for my son Joey and 1 Sausage for me.
The first bite took me back in time when I was younger. Still the same after all these years, recipes, ingredients and cooking methods have remained the same.
I have eaten Johns since 1973 and I am Grateful the tradition lives on, I know its only a pizza but means a lot to me.

There were 2 large corners of the pizza that had no toppings or cheese, the rest was full of all toppings…needless to say no one ate the uncovered ones, so kind of a waste amd a major disappointment. Fries were the best part of the order…the stuffed mushrooms were decent.

Italian beef sandwich was the worst we’ve ever had. The beef was dry. All it was is the bun and beef. No peppers or sauce. Very tasteless. The french fries didn’t even taste good. The last couple of times we’ve gotten pizza it was bad too. Not the same as it used to be. We switched to Villa. Much better.

Ordered 2 beef sandwiches and two pizzas. Got it home and my dog wouldnt eat it . I called and explained what happened. All they would do is give a credit. I told them i wouldnt return. My wife talked to the owner and they gave her the credit. So we gave them another chance. When we got there the credit wasnt for half the money we were out for thier food. Will never go back there again. I had to give a star in order to comment. They deserve “0” stars
