I recently used John’s Fit Meals for a recent business trip to the Baltimore area and I’ve got to say…it was awesome! Really appreciated Shane’s communication and care when it came to dropping off my meals for the week at my hotel prior to my arrival.
The meals were delicious and fresh. I really appreciated that each meal included all of the nutritional value, as that’s really important to me.

There are always consistent options for people like me who want the same meals every week, and there are different options each week for people like me whose husband likes to change it up. Can’t say enough great things about this place! I made sure to try a full week’s worth of meals before leaving a review. I am someone who loves to cook/meal prep, but I find it impossible to keep up with week after week. John’s Fit Meals has exceeded my expectations!
Every meal has been delicious and helps me stay within my diet restrictions. Delivery is timely. Packaging is neat. So far I’ve ordered 3 weeks in a row of breakfasts and dinners. I plan to make this a routine purchase each month. Thank you for the excellent meals and outstanding service! BTW please never get rid of the chocolate chip protein pancakes. They are legit the best thing I’ve ever had.

I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and macro content of these meals. They’re healthy and convenient! Every dish I’ve tried tastes great and I’m excited to see what’s on the menu each week. Johns meals are great, well packaged, solid proportions, totally fairly priced, and made of high quality ingredients. It’s an excellent way to eat healthy while saving time preparing meals every day. They also change up the menu and have plenty of options weekly. Additionally, the customer service is fantastic. I made my own mistake on one my orders regarding delivery choices, and Johns Meals went completely out of their way to quickly assist me. I would highly recommend this service to anybody looking to eat good food at a low price for the quality, while not consuming too much time cooking.
