Food is good clientele is not. I have gone in with grandkids during week for breakfast before they go to school. Table of men who go in during week one brings his own coffee & sits with other men eyeing young girls & women, talking filthy & being disrespectful. Not a place to be at between 7 & 8:30 in the morning

I used to get two over easy eggs with fried potatoes and they used to have onion and bell peppers in them. I asked for this and it took up so much time trying to explain it to the young girl. This used to be just how they made them so I figured it shouldn’t been that hard to understand and to make. Then my friend ordered a Philly cheese steak and they said they don’t have that , they have carne asada and cheese and bell pepper and onion and bread so they could have made it but instead they made us both look like idiots. I used to come here for breakfast and dinner often when I lived on this side of town 2008-2012 and never ever had such issues or bad service. Food was delicious as always but service not so great.

My wife placed an order for pickup and directed me to collect it on her behalf. When I arrived, there appeared to be some internal miscommunication regarding the payment status of the order. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was uncomfortable being placed in a position where my wife was asked to exit the vehicle to confirm payment.
I want to be clear that I fully respect your business and its procedures. However, the situation felt unnecessary and implied a lack of trust, which was disappointing. I believe this matter could have been resolved more efficiently without requiring her to leave the vehicle.

I’m like a food critic, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a Local Person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. The chili Cheese Fries are by far the best I’ve tried in Bakersfield so far since I’ve been here for about a month, and the customer service is well mannered and helpful with a warm smile greeting, I’m a BIG fan of avocado and bacon, and the California Burger tasted just like eating it homemade at backyard bbq hangout of the way it should taste unique that I really enjoyed, and the Raspberry Ice Tea was refreshing. Overall very fulfilling due to the massive portions , so what I tried so far was perfect massive portions for just Chili Cheese Fries and amazing Chunky California Burger for the right price to have a happy belly of enjoyment. If you wanna enjoy they food and stay cool or warm from, then park and come inside or walk here and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for ranch. I highly recommend them for when you’re hungry or family dine in or if you’re in a hurry. I have a few recommendations, I would request is big flyer singns or lights of a guide to the restaurant when people drive by on the main roads for a more viewable seen and attraction and more longer drive through. Wonderful experience here and I’ll be for be sure to coming back for more and other food to try out on the menu. Been coming here since i was like 4 years old. My dad and The owner, and his son Alex, have always been good to me. Prices are still affordable even after all the ups and downs society has faced. Shows the strength and perseverance it takes to run this son and pops burger joint.

OMG I was so embarrassed and treated like a 4th or 5th class citizen I went into the restaurant purchasd with my bank card a small fry and a ranch dressing I asked to use the restroom so I can wash my hands I had just got off a public bus in the pouring rain this young man apparently didn’t recognize me but stereotyped me as being homeless trash
