Pizza was delicious,probably one the best pizza I’ve tried in Norwalk Ct. Only issue was the guy in front grabbed the slices with his hand and put them in the oven. He charge d two people before me and grabbed money. Should have the pizza chef do that for him. Slices were very good only paid $8 for two slices and a soda.

Super disappointing experience with a delivery order. Person answering the phone was very short and then when asked about a pizza special from their website for that night he said that was no longer valid.
The food took an hour to arrive. When we called after 45 mins he said it was on the way and that was it.
Fettuccine Alfredo had Zero flavor or taste and was drowned in parsley. Was not a creamy sauce as one would expect, was completely dry.
French fries were cold and soggy.
The garlic bread with cheese did not resemble what one would expect and it was complete mush and included no dipping sauce.
The pizza and chicken parm were okay but everything else was not good and was not eaten.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I stood in line waiting to order for about 20 minutes and noticed two other customers behind me. The man looked past me and the man behind me to ask the third person in line. What are they ordering? He spoke to his employees like they were trash when all they were doing, was trying to help him. I watched him touch devices, money, receipts And then put a slice of pizza in The oven with his bare hands Without cleaning them. I walked out because I don’t want to taste the best pizza if they don’t have the best service. Lost me before I could even try

Their normal pizza is fine, but if you want a thin pizza, do not order a grandma pizza. It’s not edible. Ate one slice and threw out the rest (ordered two pies). See pictures. It’s very thick and advertised incorrectly. A grandma pizza should be thin slices.

I recommend you don’t buy food here. Last time, there were two mice next to the counter, and besides, the service is terrible. The owner is rude and disrespectful. We saw him on two occasions picking up food from the floor and putting it back on the plates… Be careful with the food from this place.

I come here semi regularly to get chicken cesear salads since the italian place down the street where five guys used to be always closes early. John’s best is very consistent, and just the other night they gave me a free sample of their mozzarella sticks. these things are huge and very good, definitely worth the order. overall its a good home town spot that takes care of their regular customers. definitely recommend

Ordered a “Mexican street corn salad,” and 1/2 cup plain corn arrived.
Ordered mac and cheese with pulled pork. Undercooked, plain noodles, no cheese sauce, sprinkled with a pinch of cheddar cheese, a tiny amount of bbq sauce, and less than two forkfuls of meat.
