Johnny’s Saloon never disappoints the customer service here is top-notch, everyone treats you like family from the moment you walk in. And the pizza? Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Perfect crust, amazing flavor, and always fresh. I live up in North Orange, but I still make the drive down as often as I can because it’s just that good. Whether you’re coming for a chill night, great vibes, or that unbeatable pizza, Johnny’s is the place to be.

Johnnys is hands down the best pizza. The dough is fermented for 3 days before being used and their ingredients are imported from Italy. You can literally taste the quality with every bite. I’m soo glad I discovered Johnnys because I explicitly remember thinking how complicated it felt to order and waiting an hour felt ridiculous. Now, I can’t even imagine eating another pizza it’s THAT good.

Delivery trips away. I did get an upgraded size but I wanted a refund instead. I had some of everyone else’s pizza. Ruined my night. And somehow one house margarita cost me $20 bucks. Disappointed.

Loved it here! Good drinks and great pizza. The pepperoni is all beef which super awesome since I don’t eat pork. Rock music, cool lighting and friendly staff. I do wish they had more tequila based drinks other than that great spot

Johnny’s Saloon & Pizzeria: Dive Bar with Delicious, Secret Pizzas!

This place is a hidden gem in Huntington Beach! It’s got that classic dive bar feel with a killer soundtrack (think punk, rock, and even some Disney in the restrooms!). But the real star of the show is the pizza. They have a secret kitchen off-site that makes some of the most incredible pies I’ve ever had.
I tried a few different options:
Danny DeVito: This one’s a meat lover’s dream with all-beef pepperoni and Italian sausage. A true carnivore’s delight!
Minor Threat Margherita: This is for the purists. Fresh basil, mozzarella, Croatian olive oil, sea salt, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan flakes come together for a perfect balance of flavors.
I Wanna Be Sedated: Don’t let the name fool you, this pizza is wide awake on flavor! Sausage, bell peppers, romano, ricotta, and Croatian olive oil create a party in your mouth.
And let’s not forget the garlicky cheesy bread. Seriously, this is a must-order. It’s crispy, cheesy, and bursting with garlic flavor.
The wait for the pizza can be a bit longer since it’s coming from another location, but trust me, it’s worth it! In fact, I’d say this is the best pizza in all of Orange County.
Pro tip: Be prepared to place your order at the bar and soak up the cool dive bar vibes while you wait for your pizza perfection.

This place was recommended by a local couple. Jerry and Pam…. We decided to take up the recommendation and OMG the pizza was delicious… us being from Chicago, we didn’t think it would be a 10/10… atmosphere was great…bartenders were awesome!!! Church this place out!!!

This has been my favorite dive-bar since I moved to Southern California in 2006. I can’t tell you all enough, their Pizza is the best pizza I have had, pretty much ever. Ask anyone, or try it yourself (except mondays) Our favorite pizza is the Holla Back girl. Friendly staff, friendly security, great drinks, the owners are the best and most hospitable ever. Johnny’s supports our veterans and offers special discounts for our people who serve our country. Highly recommend Johnny’s Saloon. One of my top places I bring everyone who visits me down in Orange County.
