I ordered a delivery at 12:40pm. U told me about 30 mins. I called back almost 50 mins later asking where my order was and u have advise it will be here in 1 min. So im waiting outside for over 10 minutes in the cold and still no contact!! So I called a 3rd time at the 1 hour mark and asked where my delivery was. Then she said, “I’m not the delivery driver so I don’t know how long it’s gonna take them to get there” (when I live about 3 mins away from the pizzaria)!!! I have a right to be upset as a consumer!! U, as a pathetic/no customer service skills, have no right to be picking up phones at a business. Should be at a job where u don’t take any responsibility for something u directly say out of your mouth. U said the delivery will be here in a minute. Your location is 3 mins away from my home. So how do u explain the delivery takes another 15 mins from when u told me 1 min?!? So going to Donna’s Pizza!! 100 better quality food and service. I don’t know why I tried changing it up for today!

Ordered an Italian combo. 2 thinly sliced pieces of ham, 1 piece of salami and 1 piece of cheese. Hardly any lettuce and tomato. The audacity to charge $15.00 for this sandwich. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not going back.

Pictures don’t describe how good their pizza is! This place is a legit old school italian NYC Cheese pizza joint.. but not limited to just their pizzas. Their greek salad and antipasta salad is also a good portion and quality was great. Their calamaris – they actually use breadcrumbs! Also, they provide a good size portion of other condiments with your orders. They truly want to feed you a good meal than try to only make a profit. Hard to find places like these!
Nowadays where every restaurant are trying to cut corners on the food quality or portions… this place seems to stay true to the quality, taste and portions.
Great to see the owner or mgmt is staying true to serving a great pizza and dishes!

I’m the “lady” who supposedly gave you old pizza. I can assure you, as I’ve worked here for 20 years that your pizza was not from the day before . We open at 11 but pizza is made starting at 10am . There is always fresh plain slices under the counter bc it’s easier access . i apologize if you think i thwarted you. You could’ve easily asked for me to slice from the top pie if it was an issue . Thank you for your business and i know the owners strive for the best quality.

Since when were chicken wings the size of a US quarter?? Have some DIGNITY guys! Stop selling your souls for an easy dollar. I wasn’t going to post a negative review but this is my 3rd consecutive order of wings that came with little Tic-Tac type bites of chicken. They increased their menu prices like crazy and this is what they are offering to their customers??? REALLY DESPERATE AND SAD!
