The quality of food and service depends on location and which employees are working that day. Sometimes you get a good pizza and at other times it’s burnt or incorrect. South 2nd and Desiard in Monroe are 2 of the worst, with 18th St. being the best. South 2nd employees are sitting on tables, taking loud and smells of weed like being in a club. Desiard has rude manager and employees who all need customer service training and a cook that doesn’t burn pizzas into a rock. Johnny’s’ locations today are desperate for employees cause they just hire anyone. I used to purchased 30 or more 14” pizzas and take them to Atlanta when traveling there because so many natives wanted some. But not anymore. Quality is gone. Now an employee owned ESOP business. It shows. If it weren’t for my grandson and some seniors, I would never order from here again. I’m hoping they don’t want pizza from Johnnys anymore.

People are nice. Food is good. The location in Dallas Georgia I went to pick up a DoorDash order for a customer oh, I was in there. I got sent a second order for DoorDash. The girl told me that they can’t do double orders. I told her I can’t control that she gave me the second order and I went on about my day just to let you know that’s what they do

Went to the Bossier City location on Barksdale Blvd and was treated with a disrespect. I made an order and the cashier told me it will be 20 minutes, I waited 25 minutes, went back to the counter and was told that they couldn’t find my order after I see white customers come and go, remind you I’m black. The cashier told me they can make my order once I told her about it and she said it will be another 20 minutes so I just ask for a refund. When I ask for a refund she went and told the manager and he told her he was on the phone and it was going to be a while before he come to take care of me. Once he came he said he refunded my money but as of today I don’t see the money back on my card. I think the whole staff there are racist but someone need to come up with my money. This happened on 08/02/2023. I will never be going back to this location.

We went into the Bossier City location on 12/16 for dinner we placed our order and sat down, we waited for 30 minutes and no pizza. I went to the front to ask about it and they couldn’t find my order. The manager came to our table and proceeded to tell me it will be at least another 40 minutes before our pizza was done. People came and went that were after we came in and ordered.this location has done this before and ALL those working there seem lost. We have given it enough chances we will NOT be back to ANY of the locations. It’s truly a shame.

Just had one of the most awful & unprofessional experiences ever at the South Second locations. My order was wrong and undercooked. The employees were in the background loud & cursing with no regards to customers. The crew member asked me to take a picture of the pizzas and I declined bc I’m not their photographer. I was told to bring it back bc their driver was out for over an hr. I declined bc I’m not inconveniencing myself , AGAIN !!! I asked to speak with the mgr and was told at 1:38 pm he was gone to make a bank deposit and wouldn’t be back til 4pm. I asked for Corporate number and Ranita stayed she didn’t have it. She stated to take a picture once again and I said no. She stated she’d remake them herself and she want to pick up the pizza.

The 1 in Bastrop Louisiana is horrible. 1st my pizza was cold then they try to blame my dude that picked it up 20 minutes after I placed the order. I called to complain and they tell me I have to bring the other 1 to swap out EVEN THOUGH I just paid the man $10 to go get it. I don’t have ANOTHER $10 to pay this man to get a replacement. They are dead wrong for that. They don’t care though.

What is going on with Quality Customer Service from JOHNNY’S this day in time??Me and my husband went to Calhoun Johnny’s, ordered & dined in about a month ago, only to be given a pizza we didnt order! The manager was nice enough to give us a free 12″pizza card. So today (8/2) we went to Johnny’s on Wallace Rd, ordered pizza at 12:42pm, dining in & used free card. By 1:25pm we still had not received our pizza & only a family of 7 were dining in, other orders were take out. I inquired about our pizza, & the girl said it was not ready, I asked for my card back ( she did give it back) & as we were leaving the manager saw our pizza sitting on the shelf, he placed it in a box, gave it to me, & as we were walking off, the girl said wait you need to give me the pizza back or the free card, she went and got the manager & he told me the same thing, then asked me if I was just going to STEAL the pizza!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME I said, I took the pizza & placed in back on our table with the trash. The box was barely warm, which let me know it had been SITTING on that shelf all this time, I opened the box & I was right!! I cant believe these people, i WILL be contacting Corporate HQ on Monday about this whole RUDE situation with this Manager!!!

Try to order a pizza for delivery. I’m working directly across the street from the Chattahoochee avenue location in Atlanta Georgia. Girl there told me they wouldn’t deliver it. I can’t leave my job to go get it. Told her I’d call another pizza place she told me good luck in getting that. I love y’all’s Pizza. Ended up getting it from Marco’s they brought it right to me and they’re four miles away. Courteous and friendly service which is more than I can say for you all. I guess that’s the way you do it at your corporate office in Louisiana .Had to give you at least one star or I couldn’t post it

Young man that answered the phone was in a “rush” and the background was very noisy. Hung up on me trying to add to order. Tried ordering on line and had a multitude of issues; from not all items offered missing to their software attempting to change my address. Spoke with the manager and his excuse was I got a “new” person. That is a lame excuse and one heard before. Then the food was not very hot on delivery. (This was Warren Dr.)
