I ordered lunch for my employees online. We have ordered many times from this location but today the food was horrible. We ask for lite pizza sauce and well done it was neither, the wings were soft and sauce just poured on top of them. As a business owner myself I do appreciate feed back so hopefully this location will do better!

Pizza is cooked fast and is good! Still very good the next day right out the refrigerator. Order ahead so you can just pull up, pay, pickup and leave.

Johnnys food quality has dropped drastically and the manager on duty Terez is a horrible store manager. An online order was placed for a small pizza yesterday and look at what was in the box. Upon questioning the quality I was not offered a refund or anything. I only ate some of it bc I was thinking it may be alright but it was entirely too burnt and hard to swallow. This is an acceptable product to them. DO NOT I REPEAT patronize this business because if you ask them to politely make the pizza over again they threaten to call the cops on you especially if you look opposite of the store manager Ms. Terez if you know what I am saying. I am very disappointed in this experience and don’t plan on eating here again. I normally eat there once a week. I’m from Monroe and was raised on this pizza and I can assure you this Gonzales location is not up to par. Why would you knowingly let a bad product leave out of your doors.. The store manager was the one who thought this product was fine. It’s just sad that management lacks basic customer service skills.

I went to Johnny’s pizza to have a pizza bowl. It’s the first place that I have been to that has a pizza bowl. A pizza bowl is a bowl of pizza toppings. I really liked it but there was barely any amount in the bowl. Maybe 1/8 to 1/4” of toppings. I believe that it might help some if there is a lot of pizza toppings in the bowl. It was really good. I really don’t care for food being cooked or heated up in a plastic container. Other than that I would go back will go back to try pizza on crust. Their pizza looks really good.

Ms. Terez is one hell of a Manager. She’s always quick to rush over and take your order and treats you with a smile. The lobby is always clean and presentable. This is one of the only dine in pizza places in Ascension and there Pepperoni Power pizza was hot fresh and delicious. What ever they pay her it’s not enough and it’s sad I couldn’t leave a tip. So corporate has some room for improvement! Great Job T!

When it comes to food, individuality and personality becomes second nature. To be a proper experience, this is essentially required now. & to be honest, there’s the lack. Service included kindness and respect, but where’s the individuality. Just another pizza place in my eyes. With catchy descriptions, but yet another chain. Food was okay, deep dish pizza crust slightly dry, but like I said. Where’s the individuality? Food for thought.

Pizza options are wide and various, you can customize your own as there are the usual options and some unique options. I especially like the ‘sweep the kitchen’ as it has a semi unusual pairing of foods yet make a very tasty combination that actually has enough vegetables on it to push pizza toward healthy. Nearly every employee I have interacted with was nice and helpful, never eaten in but there an inside dining area which is clean and simple.
