If you’re looking for a restaurant to host your next birthday party, look no further than Johnny’s New York Pizza on marketplace blvd! I had never been to this location before choosing it for my daughter’s 4th birthday party dinner, but I’m so glad I did. The management team was so accommodating and easy to work with! They answered all of my questions, catered to all of my requests, and helped me set up. The outdoor patio was a perfect spot with great ambience (we had the whole patio to ourselves!). The service was impeccable, timely, and all my party guests were raving about the food! I highly recommend them for a birthday dinner/party! It will be our new go-to pizza place from now on!

This is now NY style pizza, or good pizza . It was like eating a sponge with a little bit of sauce and cheese. I mean I would just love a pizza that has a little crisp to it, a sauce I can taste, good or bad , a crust that taste good that you don’t want to leave in the box . Cumming GA we have no pizza .

This is a great pizza place with an amazing atmosphere for the family. My kids and I come here often for the food, great service and because we know we will have fun here with one of the many board games they have to choose from. Also have a really nice patio. We haven’t been since the remodel. Surprised it was slow on a Friday 1/2/26. Service was quick, attentive and friendly. Our large delux pie was cooked perfect with some browning crust. We ordered the fried shrooms, The jalapeño ranch dressing was a plus!

Absolutely horrible I’ve ever had. We walked in and we could hear them talking about us. They gave us the thinnest gross pizza I’ve had in a while. The manager herself was horrible and even mentioned about how they were making her food and she said they were meh. Worst experience ever. Will NEVER go back

I just moved here 1 month ago and since I’m from New Jersey I thought I would try Johnny’s New York Style Pizza! Huge huge mistake! I called I was left on hold for 17 minutes and 50 seconds. I went in and showed them how long I had been waiting he said sorry it was a mistake and that’s the manager or owner that I spoke to. I showed him my phone that proved I was on hold for 17 minutes and 50 seconds and then someone picked it up, saw that it was off the hook, proceeded to dial out and then hung up on me after I said hello for about three or four times. What kind of manager runs a restaurant and then tells a customer, after I asked, what are you able to do for me after what happened? His response was “I am going to do absolutely nothing for you.” Because of course on the East Coast we treat people with respect and we want them to come back and honor our business so we do a little something for their inconvenience. Apparently in Georgia that is not the way that you treat your customers because you do not want them to come back! I am appalled at the way I was just treated. I would never ever never ever never honor this pizza shop or recommend it to anyone!

Mediocre at best…what a let down for new opening. We had a large pie, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. I have made better pizza myself with store bought ingredients. 5/10. 10 garlic parm wings…not crispy at all but sauced well. 6/10. 10 hot honey garlic wings, crispier, but way too sweet and not hot at all. 7/10.
Overall atmosphere was ok and staff was great. Maybe they need to hit their stride, but so far, I’m not impressed.

The pizza itself is delish! The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. Johnnys on marketplace in cumming is absolutely the best pizza in the area !!! Reminds me of pizza and wings in Philadelphia!!! The staff is awesome the waitress are kind respectful and always friendly and the guys cooking the food know how to make orders that are specialized to what you want ! And the owner is awesome and always welcoming to customers I don’t know how anyone gives this place anything other than five stars !! Like tonight the atmosphere was great kids chalking out front of the pizza parlor and folks enjoying music and baseball inside ! Can’t beat it
