Johnny’s is my pizza fallback — nothing fancy, just good, solid pies that never disappoint. The steak and peppers is a flavor party, and the Margherita, simple perfection. Just don’t show up hangry, they take their sweet 20–30 minutes. But hey, worth the wait when the pizza slaps and the price doesn’t hurt.

The food is great. Fairly priced for solid pizza and other dishes. The drink selection is great and they have daily specials. Not a ton of space in here and service can be slow when they are packed. Only a couple of servers working oftentimes when they need 3. They are super nice though, just don’t plan on a quick eat and retreat.

**Johnny’s New York Style Pizza – Dacula, GA**
I stopped in for lunch on a bustling Saturday, and it was clear this place is a community favorite! The atmosphere was lively, but I still managed to relax and enjoy my meal. I ordered a calzone, and it did not disappoint. The shell was buttery and perfectly crunchy, while the inside was ooey-gooey perfection. It was so big, I could’ve easily shared it with someone!
The service was great, and I was able to unwind in a cozy booth, soaking in the friendly, family-oriented vibe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can see why Johnny’s is so popular! Highly recommend!

Location was clean, guest service was on point. A note to the kitchen: heating veggies prior to adding them in a calzone, will eliminate the water content when a customer cuts into the calzone. It also will help the rise of dough, to create the dome effect, that traditional calzones have. When served properly, the calzone would not be flat, but rather a pocket of air inside. My plate shouldn’t be flooded with water after the first cut.

DO NOT DO IT! After our experience here we will never go to Johnny’s pizza again. NOT New York style pizza! It’s thick, FLAVORLESS, just trash pizza. Just go to QT and get pizza, taste better and cheaper than this trash. The mozzarella sticks were dry, microwaved quality, disgusting. They had the audacity to put rotten dried up old Lemons in our cups. Just go somewhere else people!! Please DO NOT waste your money or appreciate!! ZERO STARS PEOPLE! Zero.

I ordered a White Pizza for delivery, and the pizza dough was completely raw. The line of raw dough is evident in the photo I’ve included. I tried calling the store, and the woman I spoke with told me to “stick it in the oven for another 5 minutes. It should be fine.” This is after she said, as if I’m stupid, “Well, it does have ricotta on it.” I know it had ricotta on it, just like I know it’s raw because my family and I order the same pizza WEEKLY WITH NO ISSUES! Worst customer service ever, incompetent and rude. Sad that we’ll no longer be eating here because we really loved it.

The Greek salad was delicious; I especially enjoyed the dressing. I also had the house stromboli, which was more than enough to share. It was quite scrumptious with lots of cheese and deli meat. The bread itself was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Casual dining. Cost-conscious pricing. Decent food. Pizza crust is a too hard / chewy, per my NY taste, but certainly not unpalatable.

Takes a while to get your food but if you allot extra time you’ll be fine. Good food and attentive service though, for a pretty good price. Pizza is HUGE. Feta appetizer wasn’t what we expected but it was still good.
