I went in to order a pound of brisket lean and trimmed . The lady already had out a slab of brisket cutting some when I came in . Very polite service ill admit that but for 26.00 a pound that BRISKET WAS AWFUL . Some parts of the meat was cold as hell, and the rest barely Luke Warm. Most of it dried out no flavor and VERY I MEAN VERY TOUGH !!! Thought maybe it was just the slice I tried but no in fact the whole pound of meat was VERY Tough ,VERY dry and bland!!!! Tried to give em a try because they were close and convenient because I’ve eaten here before and it was good then again and it was worse but for that price that’s awfully Tough Meat ,I’d rather pay double and go elsewhere like Brantley where atleast their consistent. .Sad Day in Od TX

As with most BBQ, sometimes you just have a bad day. The brisket was very chewy and seemed like it needed a couple more hours of cooking. The turkey, sausage, sides and the sauce were delicious. I would suggest looking closely at the brisket as it is being sliced to judge if you want to try it or one of the other meats.

I’ve been going here for years, but I’m almost certain that the owners have changed. We came in and got ribs. They were totally different not good at all. Macaroni and cheese was cold. If you want to keep the same, repeat clients coming in you better improve the barbecue. The quality of those ribs were terrible. Go back to the old way of doing it quit trying to change stuff. How many bad reviews is it going to take for you to realize?

Worst customer service ever the girl that takes the order at the front desk looks like she does not want to be there she looks at you what they look up like she is better than you very rude she makes me not want to go back to that place and then the guy that was cooking I ordered a Philly cheese steak and I asked if they put mayonnaise on it and he seem to have got all offended and was very rude also but for real the girl at the front counter that made me never go back again her face says it all she is one root disrespectful person

Went last night for dinner. And it was all new people from about 3 weeks ago. Had takeout as usual quality wasn’t good but hay i was hungry. I had the ribs and ham.went to bed and woke up very sick had to call in sick layer in bed all day hugging a trash can Finley over .and not going back

Holy smokes the best barbecue in the nation is at this place if you’re looking for a road trip this is a 1500 Mile Road Trip the brisket was fantastic the smoke on it was the best the place is clean the bathrooms are clean the barbecue sauce was fantastic and the brisket didn’t even need it the sides are great the employees are fantastic this is a really great place give it a try you’ll be happy the one thing you can count on is consistency the times I’ve been there has been exactly the same delicious brisket that doesn’t need barbecue sauce but they have excellent sauce if you need it
