Excellent dining experience! Tremendous staff that takes care of you. The inside fire and lodge vibes are just what you need in the green mountain state. Excellent food with a menu that has something for everyone. Reservations can be made through resy and are strongly encouraged.

I am a frequent eater at Seesaws and very impressed with the new menu and management, the food has taken a giant leap forward in the last 6 months. The Halibut and Pumpkin Agnolotti are my favorites. My one negative is their dessert menu, it is an afterthought in my opinion and lacks any chocolate. They used to have a great chocolate lava cake and myself and other regulars would appreciate if they brought that back, or anything similar!!

Food and service was great! Sat at the bar and was served by Chris! He took great care of us! Other guests were a little loud and some kids running around, but overall enjoyable!

Service and atmosphere were good. Chatting with locals was pleasant and warm. The short rib poutine was the best poutine I have had and I lived in Canada for about 6 months. The wings were yummy. Bathrooms were clean and modern.

We were in Vermont visiting from Texas last week. The ambience and the service were excellent. The focaccia bread is light and flavorful. The poutine was delicious. I had halibut with a Meyer lemon sauce that was excellent. Everyone at the table truly enjoyed their meals. Hope to be back up there someday.

Absolutely love Johnny Seesaw’s. I discovered this place when I was in the area for snowboarding. I’ve been here a total of 3 times since. The food is delicious. My favorites are the fried brussels sprouts and bolognese. Amazing staff as well. I felt very welcomed each visit.
I will be back each time I’m in the area during the ski/snowboard season.

This place is like stepping back in time simply magical you would not even know it was there if you weren’t looking for. Highly recommend we got there very early and we’re one of the first ones it filled up though after a while, but got an amazing seat at the fire. perfect place.

Great spot with various buildings to grab a drink, a quick pizza or sit down to eat. A side room for kids to play games and expel their remaining energy for the evening. Open fire pits to sit around if that’s your thing and a small outdoor rink for some fun on your skates! Friendly atmosphere.

Second time going her with my old lady, Ryan, Monica, and young Colin!
The food really is superb as are the drinks. I was downing sticky pigs like nobody’s business which the rest of the crew gorged on steaks and Colin looked on with concern.
The ambiance and detailed history of the establishment is top notch. We shall return

AVOID! I had been to Johnny Seesaws a dozen times over the years since I moved to nearby Chester. Before the recent change in management, it was on the pricier side but food quality, portion sizes, and atmosphere made it worth it. Unfortunately, my recent visit under the new management was a total disappointment.
The portion sizes for the price are a JOKE… you’d think you’re at a Michelin star restaurant in downtown manhattan.
I ordered the $35 pumpkin mushroom ravioli, and literally got 10 little ravioli with BURNT mushrooms sprinkled on top. Also the pasta was still crunchy! The serving size wouldn’t have satisfied my 10-year-old niece.
My husband ordered the chicken that was advertised as coming with potatoes and leeks. What arrived was HALF a chicken breast on top a tiny smear of potatoes with leeks used as a garnish. This dish was literally the portion size for a small child.
For their new price point, I could never justify coming back for what I got. Such a shame. If the new owners are only going to cater towards wealthy, geriatric tourists, it is most definitely destine to fail.
If you’re hungry, here are some nearby places to go instead: New American Grill (right down the street in Londonderry) or literally anywhere in Manchester if you want to spend $$ but also walk away satisfied.
Overall I plan to avoid this place until it hopefully changes or changes hands again.
