Visited12.14.25 customer service no issues. I only ordered french fries because that was the cheapest thing to get. It’s best to order food outside of resorts and casinos. You get more bang for the buck.

Overpriced, price gouging. Do. Not. Go. Go to the Buffet for less! I had the grilled chicken sandwich on its own (nothing special), a side salad (good lettuce. But still just lettuce and 3 little tomatoes, dressing on the side), and a 20oz bottle of water that was same price as one-size soft drink. They “gave” me French fries I didn’t want or order. Tabletops needed cleaned. Really, Corp greed has gone too far, I’m never returning. Is the King dining here?

Way over priced. Ordered a meal and guest what? The drink is not included in the meal. No where else would that be acceptable. Will not be back. The have “Premium ice cream” which comes out of a soft serve machine. And it’s “hand spun” they stick it under a mixer. Well holding it in their hand. No sure how either of those count as a truth.

We ordered the chicken tenders and a burger with one drink 50$+. The tenders tasted like frozen processed tenders. I have tasted better from the grocery store. They were small. The burger was also small. Food was hot and fresh. Everything was relatively small for the price. I would rather pay that price for a sit down dinner.

We had a late breakfast around 10:30am on April 5th. There was no line, so we got to order immediately. The food was decent, but could have been better. Price wise, way way too expensive. You’re better off going to a fast food place. We had lunch there on the 4th and same thing, decent food that is way way too expensive.

Awesome place, yes it’s pricey but it’s a hotel restaurant what do you expect? Staff is really nice and friendly. Overall good spot!

First off yes way to pricey but I understand since it’s in the Excalibur casino second we ordered 2 cheeseburger combo $50+ and burgers were under cook it was 2am and we were drained to go back down we just threw them away with our money

While it did cost $63.00 for two burgers, two fries, a water and a mountain dew …… our hostess, Xairiya, was very kind, friendly & patient. I appreciated her demeanor throughout our transaction. The gentleman who assisted her when we asked her to charge the room (but then discovered we could not do that) could use a few lessons on how to treat co-workers and on patience.

What a waste of money. Greasiest burger I’ve ever had, hardly any flavor, and even though I asked for no tomato, I got 2. Staff seemed either disassociated or uncaring. 1 Burger, 1 Fry, and one shake …… $35 and change.
