Food was really good, the double burger was really juicy, full of flavor and filling. Fries were crispy and fresh.
Chicken tenders were mediocre and definitely not worth $22.
The overalls service was excellent, just noting that the prices were way off due to their location being inside a casino

Overall we had a good experience. The the bacon cheeseburger was excellent aside well as the fries. The cost was astronomical but so is everything. No value but the food was good along with the service.

We had a Rocket Cheeseburger & Fries and a Chicken Tender & Fries…both meals were really good & tasty, and the fries were nice & super crispy. Roi, who was our server, was so nice & friendly with us…very accommodating and very cool. We’ll definitely come again!

The burger and fries are really good here. They don’t offer kids meals so I ordered a Rocket Meal plain and asked them cut the burger in half, it was more than enough for my two kids to share. The meal however does not include a drink. So a meal for $17.99 and no drink is a bit steep in my opinion.

Located in the basement of the mall area at Horseshoe Las Vegas, Johnny Rockets resides within the food court. Parking is available exclusively in the hotel garage. The restaurant boasts numerous seating options and emulates a traditional diner. We visited on 1/5/25.

The initial stages of our visit were pleasant as we placed our orders, but the atmosphere shifted when a staff member rapidly exited and strode towards the back. In the meantime, the manager, who was on a phone call, gave us a cursory glance before finalizing our order. It was noticeable that the staff member neglected to offer an apology, which seemed discourteous. Opting to dine in at the counter, we were taken aback to find our food prepared in bags and served on plastic plates, reminiscent of a take-out order.

The breakfast we had was comparable to a high school or military meal. The eggs were powdered, the sausage was dry, and the rest of the food was unremarkable, except for the pancakes. The pancakes were the standout item. We were moderately disappointed. The overall experience felt like a fast-food restaurant. We ordered the American Breakfast, which was priced around $49.72 for two people and included two orange juices. The price was high for the quality of food we received. Furthermore, we had to request our orange juice from the staff, who then pointed us in the direction of bottled orange juice, which was misleadingly advertised as a freshly squeezed beverage in a cup. We were just disappointed all around. There are bathrooms near the place which is a plus.

Overall 2.0/5

I recently dined at Johnny Rockets and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The food was tasty and satisfying, with classic diner-style dishes that hit the spot. However, I did notice that the older lady working there seemed to get easily irritated, which slightly affected the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Despite this, the rest of the staff were friendly and the service was efficient. The retro diner decor added to the nostalgic charm of the place. Overall, my experience at Johnny Rockets wasn’t bad, but the slight issue with the older lady’s demeanor prevents me from giving it a full 5 stars. I would still recommend it for a casual meal with good food.

“As a local, I love the Johnny Rockets brand, but be aware that this specific location has high ‘Strip pricing.’ It was a bit out of my budget this time so I didn’t dine in, but I’ve heard the food is tasty and great as always. If you are visiting the Las Vegas area and budget isn’t an issue, definitely come check it out!”

The food here wasn’t as good as the one in the Luxor, the store looks dirty, the whole staff including the Manager we’re unfriendly. Mostly couldn’t speak English. The Burger was under cooked and french fries were nasty . Will not be coming back to Bally’s Johnny Rockets…

Food: great
Employees: good
Price:$$$
Cleanliness: great

Nice location with great food. Pretty pricey for what it is but you’re in the casino so what can you expect. A lot of tables blocked for covid and masks are being worn. Overall if you’re hungry it’s convenient but I wouldn’t go out of my way because of the price.

This Johnny Rockets is located in Bally’s food court. Its a decent size still several tables to sit at and the bar where the kitchen is. You can see them grilling and cooking the food. They have an awesome selection of shakes such as cookies and creme, peanut butter, mocha, etc. The prices are pretty good for the meals not too expensive food is made to order. They also serve alcohol at this location just some domestics.
