The company needs to better prepare the staff. It’s a fast food place, so it’s not acceptable for customers to wait in line for 10 minutes just because the cashier isn’t prepared to handle a simple customer issue and explain what a special sauce is, maybe the store need more staff !

Do NOT waste your time or money here. Took 30 minutes for my food to come out. Single patty burger with no added toppings was 20 dollars. And my ‘shake’ is soft serve ice cream for 13 dollars. They made my friends food wrong so we sent it back and they took over 30 minutes to remake it. Juan had a horrible attitude and was super rude.

This location, by the Eagle is not what you expect from this chain. Took us over 10 minutes for 2 milk shakes( recd @ 17:41). The Supervisor Shami and the order runner ignored us, standing there with our cups waiting to be filled. I went so far as to hold my cups up in the air so it was hard to miss we were waiting. The worst aspect was a girl that was coming off break tried to sneak past but came within ear shot, and we stopped her to fill out the order. She rushed through it, dropped the cups on the counter to run in the back, but we notified her she was missing the topping whipped cream and cherry… she leared at me, huffed, and then finished.
Go to the location in Orleans because they care, unlike this one…. doesn’t matter if they are slow or busy, service is terrible and not worth the wait or spending your money here.

The milkshakes were watery, the food was horrible, I had a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were barely cooked and the cheeseburger wasn’t good. Yes it might have just been a one time thing but I know I am never eating there again same with my family. If you want to try it go ahead, but be aware of horrible food.

Food was dry and terrible. They lied about the calorie count – the double cheeseburger is way less than 1700 calories. They didn’t call out my friend’s order number and delayed it by a while. Overall other places are much better in 6 flags

$22 for a double burger and $8 for a large drink (no free refills by the way) with no straw or lid? The line took 30+ minutes and they only gave me four ketchup packets. Food tasted mediocre at best.

DO NOT eat here. The burgers are the worst tasting burgers I’ve ever had in my life, they were so bad I don’t even think that they are beef. I can’t even express how disgusting these burgers are. Avoid at all costs. Also 3 ppl cost $92 for garbage food. Fix this ASAP, it’s just not right.
