We visited Johnny Rockets in Gatlinburg and had such a great experience! We were seated right away with no wait, and the lady who served us was really sweet. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the burger was so good I wanted to take a picture of it,but I completely forgot until I had already eaten it! That’s how good it looked and tasted! I also really loved the Elvis Presley décor,it gave the place such a fun, classic vibe. The whole restaurant felt warm and nostalgic. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back!

The retro diner was very cute and the servers were nice. My cheese fries were not the best I had ever had, but they were okay. Overall, the food we got looked pretty good. The wait was kind of long, but the interesting atmosphere was fun. They take your photo in the beginning, and then try to sell it to you later on for up to 50 dollars, and they won’t make any exceptions for a lower price usually.

This place is right on the strip. It reminds me of steak n shake if you ever ate there. Burgers are thin as are the fries. 4 out of 5 of us rated the burgers a 5 out of 10. 1 gave it an 8. Almost 200.00 for lunch for 4 adults and 2 children is very overpriced but so are a lot of places on the strip.My grandson ordered the chicken stris. None of us liked them. Our waitress was the best.she was friendly and bubbly from the time she greeted us until we left. They took our pictures and we bought all of them,you get a free postcard magnet picture.The food was very good.We got the chili cheese fries,and a double cheeseburger and the Philly Steak.

This was my first time at “Johnny Rockets”, and I wasn’t disappointed! Anyeli was our waitress, and she was the best. She was very kind, helpful, and continued to check in on us while enjoying our meal. We were able to walk right in and be seated immediately. We loved our food, and thought the prices were reasonable. Next time I’m back in Gatlinburg, will be visiting this restaurant again.

Today in my family out for dinner while on holiday vacation, stumbled across this place it was great. We will definitely be back. From top to bottom side to side this was the best service iv ever had, you don’t get this in Indiana much. The employees were awesome, Ms.Natalie the manager was extremely welcoming just checking up on us, she was making sure everyone at that place was okay and happy. All the staff working as a team, iv not experienced a place like this. Watching everything like its all out in the open, you can actually see all your food be prepared by well ran cooks. To watch how well this place runs was incredible, they were very much busy. Our server Katerin was phenomenal as well and made sure our egg allergy was taken care of. Also the guy that sat us was very friendly and informative about our food allergy questions and concerns. We had a blast and wanted to thank you all again, here were Ms.Natalie directed us. THESE EMPLOYEES DESERVE RAISES. HEHE

Me and my family came in yesterday christmas eve. And we had the best time . Our server Mrs Jessica was a delight. She was so sweet and so humble. She was on top of everything my grandson loved her to be honest our hole family loved her. The food was amazing and the rest of the staff were very friendly. We will be back for sure to see Mrs Jessica before we go back home and have some more of yall amazing food. God bless

This is our first time trying out Johnny Rockets, and we didn’t even have to wait for a table. We were able to be seated right away, and we were waited on within 5 minutes. We ordered the chicken strips, onion ring burger, chili dog, and chicken club sandwich. I have to say that the house made Ranch tastes great, especially with the chicken strips, make sure to try some when you stop by! The restaurant is actually quite huge, it goes back pretty far so there is plenty of seating. I noticed two bathrooms located in the back of building, the floors were pretty sticky but happy that they were available. Our waitress was friendly and happy to work so that was nice.

We stopped at Johnny Rockets in Gatlinburg between Christmas and New Years; even though the town was absolutely packed, the service was surprisingly quick. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly, which made a big difference with how busy it was.
The food was excellent and came out fast. Everything tasted fresh and exactly what you would expect from Johnny Rockets. Our booth was a bit worn out and not the most comfortable, but it definitely was not a dealbreaker. Overall, it was a great experience, especially considering the crowds, and we would happily stop here again.
