Had a hamburger with cheese, the price of the cheese is almost 2 dollars. Ridiculous, onion rings. Onion rings are expensive because they give you enough for five people ordered small size vanilla shake, which was not good and half-and-half chocolate vanilla shake, which was good.
Overall, it was OK, but I considered it to be very pricey. So not worth the money.

Haven’t seen a Johnny Rockets since Atlanta and my kids said they want to have it for lunch today. Service bad. No refills unless I ask them for it. Atmosphere is like what you expect. Busy but 50’s style. Dude. They slipped in their own 18% gratuity and I was only a party of 3. My and my 2 sons. $10 freakin dollars. It wasn’t on the merchant receipt. My check was supposed to be $60 but they gratthemselves and made it $70. I left a $7 tip. So the server got $17 tip for poor service. Never going to a Johnny Rockets again. Wth. Seriously. You give crappy service and slip in $10 for yourselves. I hope Karma hits your guys so hard and business tanks.

As an international visitor, I had only been to Johnny Rockets on one previous visit a long time ago. When I saw this restaurant was in the mall then I was intrigued to see if it was as good as I remembered as well as to introduce my family to the brand.
Well, we were not disappointed!
The burger and fries were really really nice, with a good choice of options also for my child, the service was excellent and very friendly, and the place looked just as I remembered.
We now all love it, and we come again if/ when we are in the area again.

Dined in the other day. The service was great from start to finish. I wish I could say the same about the food. I ordered a burger and cheese fries and everything was bland. I added an egg and mushrooms on the burger and halfway through the bun completely fell apart. I ended up finishing with a fork. For the price of everything I expected a lot more flavor and a decent bun, but it’s just not worth the price. It’s too bad because the staff was really great.

It is unbelievable that they added 18% gratuity to the check without my consent. What if the food was bad? Why am I being forced to pay 18% gratuity? And on top of that, the check asked for a tip. Tipping culture is disgusting. It is not the customer’s fault that employers do not pay their workers well. These companies need to treat their people better. Aside from that, the food was good.

Honestly not impressed at all. Food was not up to par. Service was lacking, and the atmosphere was like we were inconveniencing the entire staff. Also for 2 adults and 1 child to eat at a burger joint should not cost 75.62. This is mediocre food at best in a mall. We wanted to have a nice sit down experience and was met huge disappointment. We did not realize when we walked in that the fries were a seperate purchase from the burger meal. NO BURGER SHOULD COST 12 Dollars and not include a small order of fries. Fries should not 5.99 for side.

It’s more of a 3.5 stars
I haven’t been to a Johnny Rockets in over a decade and I used to love going! Unfortunately, my most recent experience wasn’t as great. The food and service were nothing like the “experience” I remember when I was younger.
Anyway, I opted for the classic burger which tasted fine. But I felt the patty was minimal since the bread and other ingredients overtook the burger. The onion rings were really good, I must admit. But I would have rather it be served with a good marinara instead of the runny ranch it came with. The vanilla milkshake was real good too. It was a bit too thick but melted pretty fast.
Overall it was ok, it’s probably that I miss the old taste and nostalgia of back in the day. I know things in life change, it’s just that sometimes I wish certain things wouldn’t.

I love diners, ans Johnny Rockets is always a fun place to visit. Its a great location at the Orlando Mall.
The food is good general diner fare, but the service and atmosphere are where this location shine.

Orlando, FL. Steve says the malted milk chocolate shake with whipped cream on top is “spectacular. The malt takes it up a notch.”
The bacon cheeseburger (cheddar, sans onion and tomato) was okay. It was $17 for the bacon cheeseburger and shake. Kinda like what you’d pay at an airport.
The vibe and service were nice and quiet compared to the madness of the food court (it was the Saturday before Christmas lol).
