Nice spot to eat before catching a movie at AMC Phipps Plaza (on the same floor as movie entrance). The service is good sitting at the counter. There isn’t a particular wow factor, but their burgers are solid.

All staffs were EXTREMELY RUDE. Cashier didn’t ASK me dine in or to go but they assumed “to go”, i wasn’t. One mexican lady came up to me and yelled at me rudely I can’t eat to go order in restaurant. Well, This was my first time visit here. If she was explaining to me nicely, it would be all good. Any employee can’t yell or say that way to customers no matter what. I got full refund after. I will NEVER EVER visit this place.

I went here during my lunch break. The burger was large, but very good. The cheese fries were decent, but warm. A hotter serving would’ve probably made it more enjoyable. Then the milkshake was well worth it. I’ll eat here again.

I stopped by Johnny Rockets recently and was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. When I asked what a BOCA Burger was, the short-order cook dismissed my question with, “It’s a black bean burger, it says it.” When I tried to clarify where that was mentioned or get more information on nutrition, the cashier couldn’t provide any insight either.
The interaction made it clear that the staff hasn’t received proper training in customer care. While this is a quick-stop, fast-food style restaurant, basic courtesy and product knowledge should be expected. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from the young employees behind the counter makes the experience unappealing and not worth a return visit.
I welcome a conversation with upper manage to discuss how they can improve.

Great service and cool 50’s vibe. Ordered the Chili and it was flavorful, but a bit thin and was on the cool side temperature wise. Im sure it would be better accompanying the fries or buger then just by itself. They offer a veggie based burger that I will try the next time.
