Went here with the family for dinner and ordered the Route 66 burger, chili, and chicken tenders. The food was decent enough for the price. The restaurant itself is very tiny with only a few tables. The staff was friendly and delivered the food to us. Definitely not what I remembered in my childhood.

My family and I entered Johnny rockets. We checked out the menu to decide what to get then went to counter. The guy there told us that they were not taking any more orders …….this was at 1pm on a Sunday. Very bad business. He didn’t give any type of explanation. Will not be going to this location again.

Not the normal JR. Very small. They say it’s an express store. It’s more like a kitchen on one side, walled in, and odd metal chairs along the window hallway side. Holds about 20 people, so they added an extra dining area outside the building to get 40 more seats. Literally had to leave the store into pouring rain, to get into the dining area, but they did bring us the food! Napkins were wet, too!
Expect outlet type eating at this parking lot full of stores.
No indoor food court like in a real shopping mall. There are 4 food trucks permanently parked too.
2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 vanilla shakes $41.00 ouch!
Teen cashier was hanging his hairy uncovered head down on the cash register like he had a hangover.

My family and I walked into the restaurant and were looking at the menu to see what we were going to order. When we were done deciding we went to the counter to order only for them to say that they were not taking any orders, it was 1pm on Sunday. They did not give a reason why they were not taking orders. Very unprofessional and dissatisfied with the service in the restaurant.

They had no chili for the fries , shakes are ok if you want crappy soft serve in a cup. Service is questionable.

The food was pretty good. One girl up front deserves 4 stars, the others shouldn’t be working there. A lot of drama with the kids up front taking your orders. Snotty attitudes and cant be bothered. The people preparing food in the back are on point.

How are you guys still in business. We come in. And half of what we want, there out of stock from. Which was chili, onion rings and tater tots.

So we leave. Then come back cuz hey, they have fries so that should be fine.

We ordered two burgers. Both burgers had no onions, relish, pickles, and lettuce. I go up and tell them that, “we ran out of all of that”. I go back and talk about it with my wife. And all I can hear is the cashier talking ish like my request was soooooo unheard of. I’m sorry lady, but it makes sense to not be satisfied over your meal missing every possible topping. But hey, at least they had the bread that day.

Do not go there.

After getting past the language barrier, ordering was a difficult process. The sandwich portion of the order was easy with no miscommunication. Next, we requested french fries only to find out that they were out and awaiting a shipment at 1 PM ON Tuesday afternoon. Their upsell option was onion rings for $2 more per order and with every penny. Finally the drinks. They were out of tea due to no truck. So a milk shake was ordered and paid. We sat down at the table and the cashier came over to inform me that no milk shakes due to the truck not arriving yet. she offered a bottle of tea and then asked about a price differential refund which was due and owing, Only the manager could open the drawer and.offer a refund according to the cashier. The alleged manager was to be arrive at the store 2 minutes. We sat and ate waiting for the manager to appear. The manager never appeared, but other people’s sakes did. I don’t recommend this place due to its customer service or ethics.

I ordered tap water to drink and they charged me 3.99 . However it’s illegal to charge for tap water . The one at the register was not helpful at all and when we told her she said yes we charged you for water and ran away to the back. There was a nicer young lady who said we have to charge for water here . I told her I’m not paying 4 dollars for tap water please give me something else . She filled my cup with soda / the food was good and tasty .
In many places, especially licensed premises like pubs and restaurants, it’s illegal to charge for tap water. While there isn’t a universal law requiring free tap water everywhere, many jurisdictions mandate it for establishments serving alcohol. If a business provides filtered water, they may charge for that service, but not for basic tap water.

A quick fix whenever you go Shopping at Crossings Premium outlets.

This is a classic diner joint that serves your typical burgers, fries and shakes.

There’s really nothing much to say but to check this place out whenever you needed a pit stop for your shopping spree experience
