An excellent dining option in The Mills. Atmosphere, food, and prices are excellent. My only callout is the Philly cheesesteak is a little too salty, but I’d eat it again (request less salt). Also, it took too long for a waitress to serve us at the bar. A kind, caring employee looked out for us and got a waitress’s attention to serve us. It was a great dining experience otherwise.

It wasn’t that packed. The last time we passed by here it had been closed. I was looking forward a specific thing on their menu. It wasn’t there. It took awhile to get a server to come take our order. After that our food was mid at best. There was so much oil in my plate from the cheesesteak. The waiter forgot our fries. The cheese fries looked like they put grated cheese on top. I will not be returning.

My best friend and I had dinner after hanging out for her birthday. The food was delicious and milkshakes tasted amazing. We received excellent service from James the server. Our food was hot and fresh. We listened to some old but goodie music. The vibes were cool and relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

My family and I (4 adults, a 5 yr old and a 1 yr old) were excited to see a Johnny rockets since the closest one near us closed down. We walked in and were greeted quickly, sat down in 5 mins (which was nice). It took our waitress a bit to get to us(understandable), since it was crowded and she seemed to be sat 3 tables at once. We were able to order our food and drinks but unfortunately it took so long to come, everyone at the table were extremely hungry and grew annoyed but not once were we disrespectful (not their fault we are hungry) only half our drinks came. Two sweet teas tasted stale, my nephew received his food first (which was great) but I had to ask four times about the his kids lemonade only to be told “I’ll check on that” when she was our waitress so I don’t know who she was asking about a lemonade, she seemed to had forgotten again. I ended up getting up to ask again only because my nephew was a bit thirsty. Finally received our food after 30 mins but in that 30 mins we have witness cook staff members speak inappropriate towards eachother, One guy‘s pants kept falling while he was cooking burgers (had on sweats and you can see most of his boxers) picking his pants up with his greasy gloves, and then continuing to cook. That same cook started screaming at another prep. Cook about something Not being made fast enough, pushed the prep cook over to then do it himself. When orders were ready, there had to had been at least 20 different plates, not picked up after they were done being made. Again the same cook screamed loudly “AYO! COME GET THESE DAMN PLATES THEY DONE” … very disrespectful towards eachother.
Our food was extremely greasy while I understand, we did ask for burgers. It seemed as if they left the burgers in oil, let them sit to soak up the oil and then they cooked it and all the food was cold. We never got our onion rings I asked if they can be retracted from the bill since I never got them.
Payment: four adults were paying have, $25 each. One paid $50 on a card, another $25 on a card and $25 in cash BUT she had a $100 bill.
My mother asked if she can break the $100 so she can pay the bill and tip her. The waitress replied “I can’t break that I don’t have charge to give you for a $100” so my mother said again “no I want to pay $25 towards the bill and give you a tip so you only have to give me $75” the waitress said OK took our cards and her cash.
Came back only to give my mother $73 cash
Charge $50 on a card and the remainder on bf’s card. When asked why she did that she said “I thought it would be easier that way” my mother told her you can’t do what you want with people money that just not right. All the waitress Could says was “oh have a great day” then walked away.
Very sad this place is ran this way, we had such exited high hopes but we would never recommend an eatery like this Restaurant to anyone.

Its an okay place. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. Staff is decent but if you place a pickup order and stand at the area for pickup expect to be ignored. Food is decent but pricy. Most likely a one and done place for me

Great place to stop by while you’re doing your shopping in this huge mall. You must wait until the waiters help you to get a table, however the restaurant is really nice. They serve you considerably fast we waited for around 30 mins and it was full. We tried original and signature shakes both delicious. And burgers with French fries everything is sell separately. The prices were good also. Staff is very friendly and they are always willing to assist.

so we’re in a mall, spending our money, getting tired and thinking heck lets go to a diner as it seems to be having a nice atmosphere and nice jukebox music, not expecting much, i mean a diner in a mall.
and BOOM here comes Queen with her great smile, being so kind and attentive! it made all the difference.

Got in line and waited for over 30minutes. Why did I wait that long? I was determined to have a good burger since I’ve been to Johnny rockets before.
While waiting I kept looking inside, a couple was sat and wasn’t given water or menus and once I got to the front of the line they just got menus!
Everyone inside was waiting for so long to order and the woman kept telling people hold on hold on. Two tables left and the same server was like “I forgot you guys sorry” as soon as I sat I asked to order immediately because I didn’t want to be forgotten either.
The place needs better management and better staff training it’s very obvious who’s pulling their weight in the restaurant.
Food could have been better, they don’t live up to the normal Johnny rocket standards.

Beware i was there yesterday and the waiter was a bit out of it. I left a $5 tip just to be polite but i woke up this morning checking my account and he took a $10 tip from my receipt. Food was really good though. He was slick he gave me a pen that didn’t work and i couldnt find him to give me a proper one. I made sure i wrote the amount and you can tell. Shame on this place.
