I don’t give reviews, but I just want to thank Herminia ( hope I spelled that correctly) and amazing review for the above and beyond service at Johnny Rockets at the Mall. From the immediate seating instead of the fast food service style ordering at the mall. To putting the old school music for my daughter and me to give that retro feeling that Johnnys is known for. She’s was on top of keeping up with the lunch push as well as making sure those at the stool side counter were more than taken care of. Thank you again Herminia.

My family visited Johnny Rockets in Milford mall today. Our order took forever and was partially wrong when we received it. When my husband informed the cashier that our order was incorrect and requested that it be corrected. The server Chrisna was very rude. When my husband walked away she loudly laughed with another customer and stated “those people make it sick, it’s been 30 minutes why is he complaining now”. The treatment that we received from Chrisna was absolutely horrible, I will never come back to this establishment and I recommend that no one of color support them. Because after all what people was she referring to when she stated “Those People”?

They did not provide tap water upon request after buying over $20 of food.
I had to enter my own order as they were too busy talking to themselves. While ordering myself they had the gall to ask for a tip for doing absolutely nothing.
Unless you know you are going to want to pay for a drink I would avoid this place like the plague.

Staff was very rude . The cashier named Kaimairi had a nasty attitude. Oh and the food was nasty. They all look like they had attitudes and did not want to work. Disgusting experience, would not recommend !

We ate here Friday, before we saw movie, The Greatfull Deaad movie on imax. Its was great movie. Johnny a Rockets, It was fantastic! You know when you crave a great burger & can’t find anyplace,even expensive restaurants? TRY THIS PLACE. I always use mayonnaise on a burger. But this place doesn’t have any. But Thats ok! Because the burger had such a great taste I didn’t need mayo or catsup. That surprised me. It tasted great,made fresh. Little Greasy & nice & juicy, but thats how you know its not pressed down. It was cooked properly. Not over done or anything. Not squished but fluffy patties.
I haven’t had a great tasting burger in years. Finally I find a place. YEAH! It is good enough flavor that it doesn’t need any condiments. That’s the highest praise I have ever given to a restaurant review.
We didn’t interact with the cooks, but thet seemed nice. They smiled. They were nice to my son.

Customer service is excellent. Very quick on the food. Employees are excellent, thank you Kahmari for a great food experience. I’ve been to Johnny rockets multiple times and they’ve never failed to disappoint.
