Johnny Rockets is good but the fries were decimated and insanely crunchy to where they disintegrated as I bit into them. There’s definitely better family run restaurants you could go to in the area that aren’t in the casino.

Burgers were too greasy. Waiting time was insane! Our waitress was not amicable. The staff had long faces. The good was ok. I do not recommend this particular location.

The only good thing about this place is they had somewhere for me to eat in a wheelchair. That’s it, though. We were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes. No one came to get us drinks or anything. I had one person say she would be with us shortly, but she never did. A different woman waited on us, sort of. She took our order. It took them 15 minutes to bring our drinks out, which was just water and coke. The fries were nasty. They just taste like oil and are greasy. I got the Route 66, which is a mushroom Swiss burger. It was the most bland thing I’ve had in a long time. Well never come here again. Not a great first impression. The prices are crazy as well.

Today(August 24,2023) was the first time in a long time that I came back to Johnny Rockets, I haven’t been going there prior to today due to previous rudeness with the staff, but anyways I wanted some of Jonney rockets food which is one of my fav’s in Mohegan, so I thought what the hell, let me give it another try. My experience today with there staff was one of the rudest encounters I had with what are supposed to be “professional, polite staff” nope I got the complete opposite…and guys this was only about a 8 minute encounter because I got to go food, I didn’t want to go in there & buy a whole 2 meals and waste my money due to my last bad experience here, food is awesome! Johnny rockets Staff on the other hand is one of the worst restaurant encounters… Honestly to me, it’s not even worth having to deal with there staff & leave there so fustrated for the food. I will not be going back for a while again now….and I used to eat here every week just about smh. (Darker Spanish/skinny girl at the front register && older chubby blonde lady as a host/server were absolutely unprofessional & didn’t even acknowledge I was there at first, they were playing on one of there phones, and I HAD to wait on THEM to finish scrolling and laughing, she never once said said thank you, have a good day, I said have a good day to her & she STILL didn’t say anything to me and walked away)

Burger was great but not what i came for… manager informed us that milkshakes are not served past 230, yet served the TWO CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF US MILKSHAKES.. he profiled and discriminated us by refusing to serve us while serving the folks in front of us. He handed them their shakes at 326 when they had just finishing placing their order in front of us..The whole point of this place is milkshakes. after we did a 30 minute drive there- we left discouraged with the staff and disappointed. and they are supposedly “24 HOURS” while they were making our food we watched the crew enjoy the remainder of the shakes from the mixer. First time and last time here.

I got a shake and a salad. My dad got a burger n fries. Service wasn’t that great, plus the food came out in a weird order. Got the fries before the drinks then got my salad. Few min later got the drinks and didn’t get the burger for another 10 minutes. The food was okay, salad didn’t have enough dressing, otherwise good.

The food was average. The burger seemed to have reduced in size compared to when I first had it years ago. Then, the cheese steak sandwich appears to be a chopped up version of the burger patty. Our server was friendly and the ambiance was great though!
