This was my first time at this location, and I was genuinely looking forward to celebrating my mother’s 53rd birthday with my siblings.
Our hostess was excellent, warm, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, our server, Kelley P, made the experience disappointing. From the start, her demeanor suggested she didn’t want to serve our table. When my brother asked a simple question about the Friday special, she assumed everyone in our group would order it and quickly informed us that “people try to take advantage” by taking food home, so we wouldn’t be allowed to use to-go containers. That comment felt unnecessary and insulting.
Everyone noticed her attitude, the service remained uncomfortable and tense. It truly affected the atmosphere and took away from what should have been a happy family celebration. Kelley’s behavior truly ruined the atmosphere this evening, which is disappointing because we were looking forward to celebrating a special night at this restaurant as a family.
I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences. No guest should feel unwelcome or disrespected when dining out especially during a family celebration. The restaurant has potential, but service quality matters just as much as the food.

Update. Zan just continues to impress with her customer service. She is the bar manager. But seema like ahe is doing everything. She remembers people. Ahw should be teaching customer service. Knows the food and makes great recommendations. Asked the chicken club with the sweet chili sauce instead of the ailoi. The kitchen messed it up. She just handled it. The chicken Club sandwich is my new favorite her. The chicken is sliced thin and tender. The aioli is good, but love the sweet chili sauce on it. The fries are really good. Trust me, try this sandwich. They have a Famous Daves BBQ to go menu inside. First off. Zan was totally awesome and rocked the service. Greeted us and nice and took great care of us. Sit at the bar. The drinks were perfectly poured. The food is great. The parmesean shrimp with the sweet chili sauce was awesome. Live the pizza, and the fried ravioli were great. Add the sweet chili sauce to anything. YUMMMM!!!!!!!

My son and I was treated in a racist/prejudice way instantly upon my arrival. The name on the receipt said Vanessa but I’m not sure if that’s the same girl since multiple people were using the register as well. I had someone contact me on Sunday and say they’ll call me on Monday. Its Thursday and I haven’t heard anything. These new generation is showing how their parents and grandparents raised them to keep racism going. I used to go to Carinos once or twice every month. I no longer feel my kind is welcome there. Now after my review, days later I’ve been charged again. If they’re looking for a lawsuit, you Picked the right one.. Look at the owner’s responses. He enables racism and has no care how people are treated as long as you keep eating there and making him richer..

I got the coupon in the mail for the free entree. The steak slices were delicious, but the alfredo sauce was clearly not made from scratch. I still enjoyed it though. The lasagna was decent too, but I wouldn’t have paid for the dish(everything is so expensive now). In all fairness to them, I know how to cook, so I can make this better, but for others that don’t, I’d say give them a shot.

I really use to love Johnny Carinos but don’t think I’ll be coming back. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna some soup and chips. The fettuccine sauce literally tastes like jarred Ragu sauce. And the lasagna tastes like premade Stoffers from the grocery store. Portion was tiny for what we paid. The soup and bread was the best part of the meal. The server made me feel very rushed.

Let me start by saying the service was excellent, server after server came by to check on us and clear plates. The atmosphere is not really a dining experience, it feels more like a bar. My boyfriend said this place was amazing 5 years ago, this is no longer the case. Half of the calamari was chewy, the stuffed mushrooms were mushy and almost dry like they had been out too long. The lobster ravioli was good, but you only get like 6 or 7 small ravioli. The minstrone soup was not the best, like the noodles had been overcooked. The chicken combo was a good portion, but the sauce was missing salt, the piece of chicken was so small i couldnt find it under the sauce at first, and the lasagna tasted like chef boyardee. The drinks were good and well priced. I want to reiterate that this has nothing to do with the service, they were on it. But the food just wasn’t what I expected it to be.

I enjoy this place more then olive garden tbh lol especially with the bread and olive oil sauce for its bread they serve out even though it might be microwave food it tastes less like it compared to olive gardens and I think it’s about the same price as their plates. Place is clean not to loud with people talking. Food is good

That pizza dough is not as good as it used to be it tastes Frozen and very doughy pasty you can tell it’s not fresh and frozen. The pasta was good and had good flavor but the mozzarella sticks were amazing. And the waitress Abby was amazing. Everybody was friendly there
