Johnny Carino’s has some of the best Italian around the Sioux Falls area for a good price. Starting with the service, it was exceptional. I never caught what the lady’s name was, but she was very upbeat while still maintaining her job and checking in on us the perfect amount no matter what our need was. She made the experience even better, and it was probably the best experience I’ve had with a waiter nationally. Now, getting to the food, it tasted exceptional with a classic Italian taste and perfect seasoning. The chicken parmasion was perfectly cooked and juicy, while the pasta and lasagna tasted outstanding. My friend ordered the crab ravioli and said it tasted amazing, so I will definitely be back when I’m in town to try it out. If you aren’t trying to break the bank, but you still want to enjoy some authentic Italian food, this is the place to go.

First time coming here yesterday. I’m here for work and wanted to give it a try. It was just me and there was a bit of a wait. They took my number and texted me when there was a table ready. It took around 15 minutes which wasn’t bad. My server was great and attentive even though she had a full section.

We had a very pleasant dinner at Johnny Carino’s in Sioux falls South Dakota. The restaurant was busy even though it was 7:45 at night. Our server Natalie was very nice very friendly and very prompt with her service. They also had great support staff on duty. The spaghetti cacciatore was excellent as was the shrimp carbonara. The grandkids had macaroni and cheese and fettuccine alfredo which were both also very good. I had an Italian soda which tasted very authentic it wasn’t too sweet and it wasn’t too creamy. They have very good tiramisu and desserts as well. We definitely recommend Johnny Carino’s in Sioux falls South Dakota if you are looking for a casual Italian dinner.
