This is my second time ordering the large seafood platter from John’s Seafood, and just like the first time, the experience was fantastic. The platter was generously sized, and the portions were perfect for sharing or even enjoying over a couple of meals. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the shrimp to the crab and fish, and each item was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Even though it was takeout, the food arrived still piping hot, which really shows how much care they put into preparing and packaging it.
One of the things I love most about John’s Seafood is the consistency. Every time I order, the quality is outstanding, and it’s clear that they really care about their ingredients and presentation. I love it here, place is very clean and the restrooms are nice and clean as well. Plenty of parking outside. Server was very kind and explained the menu really well. She’s a 10 in service!!! The food tasted so good and the king crab legs was wow so good!!!! It is expensive if you add the king crab legs to the boil on the menu but so worth it!!!! I would love to come back here one day.

Great experience at John. Huge menu for crab and shellfish lovers. Reasonable prices (still high but less than other places). Lots of options for making your own seafood boil. Super friendly staff brings the boil quick from the kitchen. If you haven’t seen the trick where they dump it out onto your plate it a site to behold. It’s better in person though. John does not have a full bar but offers wine and beer.

This place is fabulous. Don’t let the exterior fool you and give it a try. The food was delicious. I had the Dungeness Combo: 1 Dungeness cluster, one snow crab cluster, two potatoes, two corn cobs, two hard-boiled eggs, about 15 shrimp and a half a pound of sliced sausage. I went with the Traditional Cajun sauce with medium Spice. Oh my gosh, it was delicious. Everything was delicious. We also had an order of hush puppies which were very good. I’m from Crestview and every time I’m in Pensacola I will be going back to this place. You’ve got to give it a try!! My total bill was under $67. My daughter had chicken wings. She isn’t a fan of seafood. Her loss!!!

We had a great dinner here. Seated immediately, drink order was fast. And it seemed like only minniutes after ordering, or food come out. The lady mixed our bags of food, and dumped them on our treys. Great job!

My husband and I stopped by for some boiled shrimp and oh my goodness!! We were so happy with what we got!!! Will 100000000% be eating here again ❤️❤️❤️ shrimp, crab legs, potato’s, corn, sausage, eggs, hush puppies, all AMAZING!! Highly recommend.

Y’all, this spot is amazing! From the front facade, it is unassuming, but the food—especially the seafood boil—is delicious! I highly recommend their cajun & garlic butter for the sauce. Also, my son got their chicken tenders and they were freshly prepared, not the frozen stuff. Great service too! Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

The is my 2nd ever 5/5 star review. There’s not more photos because it was so outstanding I refused to pick my phone up until I was basically done (this rarely happens). 1lb headless shrimp boil with all potatoes was very well seasoned and incredibly fresh. The sausage doesn’t come with the boil, so order those on the side, I’d suggest a half pound for 2 people. Incredibly generous portions, reasonably priced and a very diverse menu for anyone wanting a specific type of crab (blue, king, snow etc). They have muscles, clams and lobster tails! I’m pleased to say I will be back and you definitely need to try this place if you are ANYWHERE close!

Beautiful workers and servers that accompanied me on my walk to salvation that i reached through this magnificent seafood. And the people were very nice and made the food very quick. In all seriousness great place, AMAZING value and quantity should go asap. The seasoning is amazing and the cajun mix is so good too.
